The copper pipes were replaced by durable flexible plastic pipes and the project also included replacing the water heater. The crew- Manny, Mitch and Josh promised to finish the project in 3 days- and they sure did it. The GREAT TEAM, efficient and professional, worked non stop and communicated with me before taking each next step. They reconnected about 20 points (such as washing machine, dishwasher, new water heater, multiple faucets and 3 toilets) The price is a little steep but the quality of the job looks very good."

"Jose from JRC Plumbing is wonderful to work with. Not only is he an expert in his craft, he’s professional, friendly, and provides great communication. The tube spout broke off in our bathroom. He was able to identify the problem, provide a clear plan of action, and give very reasonable pricing. Our tube spout was quickly fixed, and he patched the wall that needed to be cut into to reattach the pipe, leaving our home better than it was. I will definitely be reaching out to Jose at JRC Plumbing again."

"Good efficient work, showed up on time, clean, courteous workers. They gave me one choice for a replacement toilet to install the next day, so in the meantime I looked up the brand and model and found it was one of the cheaper toilets on the market. I called next morning and they offered me a better one at the same price. I should have done the same with the water heater they replaced. After it was completed I found pretty poor reviews on it. SoCal does give a 3 year warranty on labor, and manufacturer 6 years, so hopefully it will last longer than thatâ ¦ Just beware- probably with any plumbing company- Find out first what the reviews are on the plumbing fixture they're giving you before you sign off on it. As long as you do that this seems to be a reliable plumbing company to use."

"Jonathan was a great hire. He came and worked with my schedule and came on a quick short notice. He came for a clogged toilet and swapped my garbage disposal. The next day we clogged the toilet again and he came back within an hour to fix it again for no charge. Pricing is very reasonable and is much lower than other plumbers. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again. I plan to have my pipes looked at with a camera because I can’t have this keep happening."
