"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. This is the third time Jerry has done repairs for my house.  He is always professional, prepared, and personable. When I called, since it wasn't a crisis, he came as soon as he had an opening.   He came and assessed my old hot water heater, determined it needed to be replaced (it was 15 years old).He explained the problems and options to me. He installed a new one, changing some of the old plumbing to meet current requirements, and as always, cleaned up.
