With 5 years of electrical experience ranging from basic electrical to custom home work with Lutron systems and other processing panels to commercial work with bending pipe and dealing with all sorts of different applications. He even mentioned to me that if I fix the rollers on my sliding glass door that they would glide and clothes much smoother and such a small and an expensive fix they are like brand new doors again! "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
