"Just thought I would drop you a line, saying that I appreciate your teamâ s work the other day. I found a leak and it was coming from the AC unit. I called in the morning, they sent a service tech out that same morning, he showed on the time that I was scheduled, fixed the issue and we were good to go. Great job."
