Even though the project was delayed due all of the winter storms, Eddy and his team were great! A member of his team responded to all of my email inquiries before and during the project in a timely manner. They made sure area around job site was cleaned after they finished. Provided instructions on what to do next and how long to wait before using the space.

Ideal did a great job, They were fast, professional and had the job done quicker then I had expected. If you need concrete work done they are the won.

Ideal treated our small job as seriously as a big one. Roots of a large tree had broken up the pad where we keep trash cans in our side yard. They were ethical and professional in advising us to consult an arborist before they would undertake the job. Arborist confirmed that cutting roots would weaken the tree and threaten the house. Now we have thicker, smoother, nicer looking pad that slopes slightly to direct rain water away from the house. Thank you Ideal for a quality result

NO ONES PERFECT, BUT IDEAL CAME CLOSE. VERY SATISFIED.

For starters, as a Custom Home builders daughter, this was no easy task for me to find someone whom I felt confident in and finding someone that paid attention to detail too!. My father was very picky and taught me a lot growing up., so I knew the basics and I came across Eddie, Owner Contractor of Ideal Concrete and met Eddie and his crew. I had an eroding driveway that just looked awful and with the whole landscape re-do I had a vision of expanding my driveway from corner to corner, not just the width of the garage door, and adjoining walk way, an extended front porch with a larger section jutting out into a curved area. Not only did Eddie and his team surpass my expectations, I will be calling on him again for more work to the side of garage for new sidewalk and back yard walkways. His crew, esp Lucky, did me the big favor of laying underground drainage pipe from the downspout off one corner of garage so I can have optimal drainage extending out towards the street, and Lucky also laid sprinkler pipe for me so I can easily attach soaker hose to spigot for side driveway watering of my plants. Have had to drag a hose over to that side for the past 17yrs, now I'm thrilled!! I can just hook up to sprinkler line and water. Every measurement was spot on,, ( I measured it too, lol) Communication was excellent, Eddie answered all my questions, ..His whole crew was polite and paid attention, not overly messy, and asked my wants and to check for my approval on certain stages. Very fair pricing..as I had a few quotes that were much higher, with good recommendations, but the delayed responses, no phone call back etc, it wasn't that difficult to decide on Eddie. You will not go wrong hiring him. He is building his business just like my father did, and have to say he is doing it the right way!! Thank you again Eddie and Lucky!!

I hired Ideal Concrete Co. to build concrete patio in back yard recently. The whole process is pleasant from beginning to the end. Eduardo is easy to communicate and is patient for all questions I have. He explains things clearly and in details. Eduardo's team did great job on the patio. The worker's were always on time each day. The project was not rushed, like other companies had informed me that it would take shorter days to complete the work. I received daily updates and any concerns if I had any from Eduardo and reply was within a day. Great customer service, I highly recommend.

Excellent work! Reliable and high quality. Eduardo and his team have done an amazing job on our patio and sidewalk project. It looks stunning! He let us know timelines, price, and communicated any changes that had to happen. We anticipated it taking them a long time to get our ugly old patio out - nope, gone lightening fast. These guys work super hard. The day of our pour, as our house is located on a really tight strange lot with a tricky driveway, they had to block a neighbors driveway for a little while. That neighbor mentioned how polite and great his guys were offering to move if needed immediately. Now she wants their number to do her sidewalk. :-)
