He also provided the support necessary to prove his design would meet building code regarding wind requirements. He was on-site during some of the construction and answered questions of the contractor. "The front and rear porch tile replacements and the master bath and shower floor replacements were done with highly skilled craftsmen both in the old tile removal and new tile installations. The tilework quality looks great and the workers were very professional in debris removal and clean-up as well.
