"This is the third time I have used Albert Nahman. This time was for a water leak with an unclear origin. They did a great job diagnosing the problem and took the time to explain what they found and offer options on potential fixes. I really appreciate the care their plumber took in tracking down the problem and providing a realistic quote for the cost and time to fix the problem. They also arrive on time and do a great job cleaning up after the work is done. A+++ company. Will definitely use them again the in future."

"As it turned out, it was not a drain line breakage as misdiagnosed by a previous plumber; but instead, it was merely a severe blockage. The Fantastic Rooter guy cleared the blockage with a power auger. The camera was never needed!"

"Jesus was exceptional. I needed to install these gas lines a couple of days before my flooring project started and I could not get any one on yelp or other places to perform the installation in such a small amount of time. Jesus came over to inspect everything, went to the crawl space and mapped out all the plumbing in a matter of minutes and he was ready to start on the project the very next day. He assured me that he will finish the three installations in one day and he did keep his word. He will sweat it out when it comes to work and the work was spotless. The gaslines looked great and I couldn't have anyone better than Jesus. He even explained me all the pro's and con's in installing separate gaslines for stove and bbq and I was super pleased by the quality of work, the professionalism and the demeanor. I will definitely use Jesus for all my future plumbing needs."

"I met Gert when we hired him to replace our Tankless water heater. I was so impressed with is knowledge and concern to make sure the installation was neat and clean. The piping is literally a work of art. We met with Gert and Sergio to discuss the next phase. They removed all the galvanized pipe and installed 3/4" copper with a true hot water recirculating line for Tankless recirculating pump. Before they started work, they came in and placed protective covers over the hardwood floors. Sergio and his team replaced all the cast iron drains with ABS. They even opened walls where needed to get to the old galvanized drains to the sinks. They pulled up toilets and replaced the old flanges with new ones. All that's left is the sewer line from the house to the street. We will be calling Gert and Sergio when reach that point. Gert, Sergio and the whole crew have something you do not see that often anymore. That's integrity and concern for their customer. Also very conscientious of keeping our home clean."

"Replaced a filing water heater. The work was excellent. My water heater was basically blocked in by the incoming water and gas pipes, but the two-person team managed to remove the old heater, replace pipes as necessary, and get everything working again. Gave up-front pricing including permit inspection. Super professional crew."

"Victoria Cedillo's team (Lead: Victoria. Team: Victor, Ruben, Richard, Pedro, and I am sorry if I missed anyone...) from Mike Counsil Plumbing did a wonderful job with our main line sewer and installing new sewer lines! Victoria's manager, Glenn, is very nice and patient. He provides guidance to Victoria's team to diagnose our sewer lines, provide recommendations and detail estimation options to us. We feel comfortable working with Glenn and Victoria during this job, and I have learned a lot regarding proper sewer lines and water lines connections. Victoria also took me into our crawl space and showed me the new sewer line at the last phase of the job. Victoria and her team are really professional and they've provided excellent customer service experience! For all the jobs they have completed, Victoria will provide photos and let us know what the current status of the job each day. Victoria is very considerate and she makes sure that we are able to use kitchen and bathroom at the end of the day (They will temporary connect the lines), and we really appreciate that! They also make sure the working areas are cleaned and covered up properly each day (if there is a wall opened) since there are rodents from our neighbors’ backyard. Mike Counsil Plumbing and Victoria’s team is knowledgeable with the city laws, proper line connections, and permit requirement. I was surprised to see a plumbing company that has their own work inspector (In this case, Dan B., was the one who came to my house for the final inspection. Thank you Dan!) to make sure all the works are according to code and it was done correctly. The works that were done at my house require city permits. Victoria makes sure we feel comfortable with the city inspection and she was present at the inspection. The company representatives such as Sabrina and Marissa are very friendly and easy to talk to. Comparing to other plumbing company, their price may not be the cheapest, but I can really see the quality in their work (compare to another plumbing company we hired years ago…). I highly recommend Mike Counsil Plumbing because I can trust their work and truly see the quality! Thank you, Victoria and your team for all the hard work! =)"

"I had a clogged kitchen sink and they came the same day. Very professional, fast, and affordable. They explained everything before starting the job. Highly recommend their plumbing services!"

"After dealing with repeated toilet backups and multiple visits from another company, we called Adrian. He quickly identified a broken pipe and fixed it the same day. Great service, will be my plumber from now on, and I definitely recommend him."

"Called Trio Heating on a late Friday afternoon and they sent out two technicians (Jose & Dallin) the next morning to fix a gas heater that would not turn on. Their communication from beginning to end was great. They sent me a text 45 minutes before their arrival time and I was able to track their ETA which was extremely helpful. They explained to me what the issue was. I was able to run out and buy a new thermostat for them to install. They did a great job, cleaned everything up and put everything back together. They also typed up everything they worked on and took multiple detailed photos of the unit and emailed 10 minutes after they left. I think what they charged was extremely reasonable for the quality of work. I really appreciated not being charged a higher fee for coming out on a weekend. Will definitely use them again for my HVAC needs!"

"I was contact promptly. And they found a plumber to work on my problem the following day."
