"While Michael the owner was responsive when it came to the actual scheduled job he sent a much junior technician whom I certainly did not expect because he did not tell me. They were supposed to contact me before he showed up but there was no advance call, luckily I was home at the time. The tech did his job and was about to just leave without showing/telling me about how it works or what he installed. I had to ask him about the installation so I can be sure I knew how the equipment operated and if there's anything I needed to know about the install. In the end my opinion is the attic fan was a waste of money and my time. We don't notice any difference in the interior temperature of our house when it's hot. When I inquired about a refund (within 30 days of the install), Michael said he would offer $89 refund for the equipment and not the install. And to think if I didn't use Angie's list, this would have cost me several more hundred dollars. An expensive lesson learned!

"When I first contacted the owner to schedule an appointment, he said he did not have his appointment book with him but would find it and phone me back.  He did not phone me and after four days, I phoned him again.  He finally remembered me and set an appointment for four days hence.  His helper Eric showed up on time.  Eric was courteous, clean and did the work in a fast and efficient manner.  Mr. AArdema showed up before Eric started the job and conferred with Eric on the materials needed and the job.
I was very pleased with Eric, I requested a second exterior outlet be installed and Eric said he could do it at the same time.  I paid an additional $125 in the form of a check to Aardema Electric.  I would be happy to have Eric perform more electrical work for me.

"The project that we contracted RB Construction for was to install 600 ft of vinyl fencing and construct 4 - 8ft pilasters, 2 at the entry of the property and two at location where we were putting our entry gates.  He also constructed and installed 6 - 4 ft pilasters to frame our driveway which were separated with 3 ft. decorative fence. 
Upon our initial meeting with the owner, Raul Bernal explained our vision and asked for his recommendations for types of materials that would meet code and were reasonable in cost.  Raul make great recommendations and provided us with a timeline for the project which he and his team worked continuously to achieve.  He was reliable and did a good job of keeping us informed of their progress.  The entire project took nearly 4 weeks.  
Overall our experience working with RB Construction was positive and I am pleased with the outcome."
