He checked on the system a week later to ensure it was functioning as expected and that we were satisfied with its performance. Juan was impressively knowledgeable about our Apple Nest and Amazon Ecobee smart thermostats, how to program them and how they connected to our phones. (Shout out for the Ecobee that I found much easier better for our purposes.) Juan was never hesitant to help when I called many times struggling with the Nest. (I ultimately returned the Nest but it might work great for a lot of other people) Having functioning AC and Heat is vital to our business and Juan is a very reliable piece of that puzzle. "Used AMERICA'S BEST INC through the Big Deal for 100 linear feet gutter cleaning service for $99.  They came on time and completed the work in about 2 hours with two guys.  My house is a two stories structure so I had them clean partial of the second floor gutter and first.  Had them remove a bird nest as well.  Cost me an additional $1.15 per linear feet which I did mot add to the cleaning service. Overall I was happy with the service. I will use them again on the next deal around.
