Juan was impressively knowledgeable about our Apple Nest and Amazon Ecobee smart thermostats, how to program them and how they connected to our phones. (Shout out for the Ecobee that I found much easier better for our purposes.) Juan was never hesitant to help when I called many times struggling with the Nest. (I ultimately returned the Nest but it might work great for a lot of other people) Having functioning AC and Heat is vital to our business and Juan is a very reliable piece of that puzzle.
