When I selected the company for the EBB retrofit, they weren’t the cheapest estimate, but they were far from the most expensive. Joseph explained the process and scope of work clearly and I was confident that selecting them was the best decision. Beginning the work was delayed as we found I had skunks living in my crawl space and I had to find someone to deal with that problem. My contact person at MVP, Maya, was wonderful throughout. She kept in touch with me and scheduled the retrofit immediately as soon as my skunk situation was resolved. Throughout the process, Maya guided me as to what I needed to do on the EBB Dashboard, and she submitted their materials immediately. It couldn’t have gone any smoother! "I'm so happy that I found David at CA Cabinets! He was here checking on the work daily to make sure everything ran smoothly which is rare for a contractor as usually they just come a few times during the process. Everything is beautiful and he went to extra mile to shop with me for the flooring tiles, quartz countertops, cabinets and sink. I'm super picky as an artist / former fashion designer and he was able to help me create exactly what I had designed. He had great ideas such as adding a waterfall edge to the quartz countertop and a window sill piece from quartz as well. This project was a complete gut and rebuild due to a dishwasher leak - homeowner's insurance claim. I was having issues with my insurance and David went above and beyond to help me navigate the insurance issues so we could complete the project. He is always very prompt and organized. Some of the other contractors that I had previously contacted could not even be bothered to give me a call back or show up on time to a scheduled appointment but David was able to meet with me right away and always notified me of the work schedules.
