"Considering that they didn't have much to work with the job turned out okay. The previous home owners had apparently used an inexperienced tile person to update the shower and the work was not done well. Eran and his crew had to reattach a shelf and do some regrouting. Their work was difficult because of the state of the shower. I wish they could have done miracles, but at least the shelf is reattached. The grout is still in the curing stage so we are not sure how it will look when that is all done. They were right on time for the appointment and worked quickly. The main issue I have with this company is that the listing on Angie's List says that they accept charge cards. When the work was done and I tried to pay with Visa, Eran said he only accepts cash or check. This was new information. So be aware that if you do business with this company you will have to pay by cash or check. I think their information on Angies List should be updated to remove the credit option if that is no longer available."

"George and his associate were a pleasure to deal with. Because we are getting our house ready to put on the market, we needed the work done quickly and professionally. Not only did George come the day after I called, he came on a weekend to give us a quote. His quote for the work was fair and competitive and his work on all aspects of the job was immaculate. The new tiles he installed look fabulous and he matched some hard to find colors of our grout perfectly on our older 10-16 year old tiles. In the showroom, Andre was extremely knowledgeable and quite patient as we pondered each color and texture.  The carpet that we chose with his assistance is quite handsome, coordinates with the rest of the décor and is durable enough to withstand the traffic on the stairs.  Eli came to the house to measure the rooms.  He was very professional and also obviously quite an expert.  The layout of the blueprint that he provided to the installers resulted in a beautifully seamless finish.  Melquiades and Floencio did an outstanding job of installing the carpet.  I had no idea that the stretching of carpet is so incredibly physical and exacting.  Every person was polite and willing to answer all our questions.  They all treated our home and us with respect.  I

One week after installation, we had water overflow extensively in one of our bathrooms, onto the landing and into our new carpet.  Although we chose to use a very fine contractor who has a subcontractor to cover carpet, we chose to have Felikian's handle the removal and replacement of the affected carpet.  Again, they were prompt, efficient and professional in their response.

"He did an excellent job and scrubbed the tub itself as well, even though this wasn't part of the original proposal. He phoned to tell us when he'd arrive, and when traffic caused a slight delay he phoned to let us know about that too. He moved his car without being asked in order to accommodate our handyman, who was there at the same time.
