"Ken at Affordable Tile is easy to work with and does exceptionally good work, and his prices are fair and reasonable. Ken and his crew did a complete shower remodel for my home. They demoed the old shower and then rebuilt a new shower from the studs and floor up. Work included framing the substructure of the shower and then an awesome hot mop job, and then they framed and floated the floor, bench, and walls. The tile work was so beautiful it nearly brought tears to my eyes. I bought modern tiles with size 13” x 39”, so Ken and his crew had to cut every single tile, and every cut was spot on, and not one tile was broke or wasted, it was unbelievable. The finished product looks terrific. I also loved that Ken always let me know when he would arrive, and always showed up on time and put in a full day of work. The whole job took about 8 days, and Ken and his crew cleaned up at the end of each day, and kept my home free of dust and debris. "Today, Kris and one of his employees came to remedy my complaints. He explained that he hired a tile layer (who did my job) through a general contractor who he often works with and offered to find the same limestone and have someone else replace the tiles that were gouged, chipped and not layer evenly at no additional cost. The other alternative was to sand down the lip of the poorly placed tiles and grout. I chose the later. In addition, they cleaned and grouted areas that they missed before. Kris was eager to remedy the problems I identified and put me on his schedule to clean my limestone floors next year at no charge. He is truly and gentleman, eager to do a good job for me, who had the misfortune of a couple of problem employees who no longer work with him."
