They charged me extra to repaint the wall because they told me that it's not included in the warranty because the dog scratched it but the dog can't reach that far. They came and gave me estimates and kept adjusting different things. I never believed in solar until I received my first bill. They keep trying to talk me to get the solar and I decided to get the solar. We started with the paint job and installed a hot water heater. The pain on the backside of the house was peeling so I had it done. It was a very large job and I'm trying to keep the house good and I wanted the house look great but they've given me so many problems when they fix things. They argue with you and they don't send a professional out they send like a handyman. The person that was sent out to replace my box didn't knew anything about electricity and I requested someone out but they told me that they didn't have anything with her electrical box. I paid $80,000 in total

- Ld ConstructionA friend had recommended LD Construction to us. We contacted Gustavo the owner and he came out to look at our project. We were not entirely sure what we wanted to do and he offered suggestions. After plans were drawn up and a price agreed on, work was scheduled. He showed up when he said he would and the project went smoothly. Gustavo was very accommodating as several times the design was changed or modified. The project went quick and the end resalt was beautiful. We really enjoyed working with Gustavo and plan on having LD Costruction come back this spring and summer for another project
- California Construction CenterWe were referred to Ozzie by our close friends who also had their home remodeled with Green Universe. Ozzie did a great job for them, and my husband got to know him during their project. What a great guy! We added a new master bedroom, complete with a full bathroom. We also had our kitchen redone and took down a wall for an open concept layout. All complete with new copper piping. Let me tell you, it was smooth sailing. If you want your mind at ease when you have a big (or small) project, these are the guys for you! Everything looks fantastic! Ozzie has a great taste, and gave us great advice with the design. Our kitchen is a masterpiece, and our new master bedroom looks like a 5 star resort suite! We're planning to remodel our two other bathrooms in the future, and I have no doubt Green Universe will do an amazing job there too

"Adar Builders did outstanding work remodeling our two small, windowless bathrooms in our condo. Since we were and are living here the whole time, we always needed access to a fully functional bathroom. No problem. We were never without. Gal, our project manager, was friendly, resourceful and always there to help us get what we envisioned. He took us to 3 different tile stores as we searched for "our vision." Gal helped us with color selection -- He has a great eye for tile tones and patterns and he knows how to blend that with various paint shades. There are over 50 shades of white, so picking the right color is not for amateurs. Gabriel and his crew were thorough professionals and always polite. It's stressful having one's home thrown upside down during a remodel, but through thick and thin, Gabriel and his crew were there every morning at 8:30 am and stayed through until 4:30 pm. Every day, Gal came by to check on the work, and he returned calls, texts, and emails immediately. Every day, before leaving, Gabriel cleaned up. Gabriel is a true Renaissance Man. On the very last day, there was a minor glitch. We have cork floors in our living room. Adar used painters tape to protect the floor, but unfortunately the tape left some shiny streaks on the floor. Adar took care of the problem and stood behind their work 100%. They are not the cheapest contractor out there, but I am glad we paid a little more to get such wonderful service. Thanks Adar!
