The property location is in a floodplain and they knew what to do. They are experienced, knowledgeable, professional, kind and patient. H&A My Design IncThis company built an addition to my house. I was very patient while was searching for contractor for that job and finally found a good one. We agreed about a price and my requests so soon they started to work on a project. The working crew was well organized, professional and quick. Ld constructionA friend had recommended LD Construction to us. We contacted Gustavo the owner and he came out to look at our project. We were not entirely sure what we wanted to do and he offered suggestions. After plans were drawn up and a price agreed on, work was scheduled. He showed up when he said he would and the project went smoothly. Gustavo was very accommodating as several times the design was changed or modified. The project went quick and the end resalt was beautiful. We really enjoyed working with Gustavo and plan on having LD Costruction come back this spring and summer for another project.- Ron C.

So great. Great and quick communication and quick service. Came and did what they said they were gonna do and had it done BEFORE they said it was going to be done. There was no time wasted. Guys came in their company cars, worked, took their lunch, came back and continued until days end. I was quite impressed with the amount of work they completed and how well they did it. The owner came to check on the job and they cleaned up very well at the end of the day. We have had a lot of work done at our house over the years, and they are by far the most efficient, clean and professional. This was a patio replacement. We had an old steel patio and they replaced it with a stunning white aluminum patio, with two fans and an attached gazebo with carriage lights. It is stunning. They went above and beyond on design. The price was also comparable to other estimates i received for just the main patio with no gazebo. So I felt like I got more than what I paid for. Will definitely have them come back to do a full backyard remodel.

The service was wonderful. I use their service for 15-20 years now. The price was correct and fair. They always return phone calls, and the staff was excellent. You submit the plan, and he gives you the bid. He would also tell you what you needed like the permits and papers, those things. He will help you in any way that he can.

We had a very old wooden fence in our backyard that was practically falling over and after discussing it with our neighbor we decided that it was time to upgrade to a block wall. After all the usual due diligence searching for a contractor, we decided to go with G.F.A. Masonry. Best decision ever! Not only is George a really nice guy, but he and his crew were very professional. They were on time every morning , kept the job site clean (which is nice because it was my yard), they even asked if it would be ok to play music (which they kept at a normal volume so it didn’t bother my other neighbors). George said it would take 2-3 days to finish the wall, good to his word it was done in 2 and when they finished they cleaned everything up like they had never been here, even put up a temp fence to keep my dogs in the yard while we wait for the guy to come install our gate. We are very happy with our new wall, as is our neighbor. Looks great, and we’ll never have to do maintenance on a wooden fence again. Plus now our dogs can’t see into his yard and bark at his cat anymore. tl;dr Very Happy with our new block wall and will definitely hire George again the next time we need any concrete or masonry work done!

Adar Builders did outstanding work remodeling our two small, windowless bathrooms in our condo. Since we were and are living here the whole time, we always needed access to a fully functional bathroom. No problem. We were never without. Gal, our project manager, was friendly, resourceful and always there to help us get what we envisioned. He took us to 3 different tile stores as we searched for "our vision." Gal helped us with color selection -- He has a great eye for tile tones and patterns and he knows how to blend that with various paint shades. There are over 50 shades of white, so picking the right color is not for amateurs. Gabriel and his crew were thorough professionals and always polite. It's stressful having one's home thrown upside down during a remodel, but through thick and thin, Gabriel and his crew were there every morning at 8:30 am and stayed through until 4:30 pm. Every day, Gal came by to check on the work, and he returned calls, texts, and emails immediately. Every day, before leaving, Gabriel cleaned up. Gabriel is a true Renaissance Man. On the very last day, there was a minor glitch. We have cork floors in our living room. Adar used painters tape to protect the floor, but unfortunately the tape left some shiny streaks on the floor. Adar took care of the problem and stood behind their work 100%. They are not the cheapest contractor out there, but I am glad we paid a little more to get such wonderful service. Thanks Adar!

EXCEPTIONAL, TRUTHFUL, QUALITY WORK!!! Nir and his team came in and really save us. At first, we hired a different contractor to design and build an addition at our house and the contractor just left us in the middle of the work. Due to that, our house left without any bedrooms or functional bathrooms downstairs. That contractor supposed to finish the work in 3 months and it after close to 7 months the work stayed as is. After we contacted CAN Partners, Nir and his team stepped in and fixed all the problems, passed all the inspections and completed the entire work fast. Nir went out of his own way to make sure that the quality of the work will be at the top and eh even did more than he should in order to make us happy. The completed addition is perfect for our needs and we can’t thank enough to Nir and his team for everything they did for us. Thank you Nir.
