"Calvin was who called me back and he said in order for them to come out and give me a service I would have to sign an agreement that I would continue with them for a year. When I asked what happens if I'm not happy with the job, Calvin said it would be no problem to discontinue. Well, I wan't happy with the job, though the tech that came out to service our home was very nice and professional. However, it did not take care of my pest problem so after 2 tries I cancelled. Now they are saying I have to pay a disconnect fee per the agreement. I told them what I was told and all they would say is "I apologize." Clearly this is a rehearsed line that they've told others. I would have to say that this is a dishonest company. Saying what it takes to get the job and then holding you responsible for their poor work. I am a bit cautious to say the least to go with Angies again if this is whom they are recommending."

Today the company has full in-house wood working divisions, offers comprehensive termite control, rodent control, and attic services such as attic cleaning and TAP pest control insulation to replace old soiled attic insulation.

"Horrible experience, the employees were very poorly trained. They severely underestimated the time to do the job. They sealed holes in vent screens with big globs of unsightly goo. The crawlspace access door wouldn't stay closed do they pried a stepping stone out of the garden and used that to hold it closed. They spit sunflower seed shells all over, including on our front porch furniture. They vacuumed the old insulation out of the attic but there was a leak in their system and it spewed old insulation and rat droppings all over the inside of our garage and on open storage shelves, and they didn't clean it up. They only apply blown-in insulation and our ducts are covered with sheet insulation, so they didn't remove that insulation or the rat droppings on the tops of the ducts. I could go on...."

"The technician was here 3 times the first week. I let him know exactly where Ratatouille was living. He set up traps. I was the one on call. Four times he was supposed to arrive or call and he did neither to let me know his change of plans. He showed up other times or days during the 2nd week. The critter happily ate his peanut off the trap at least twice. More traps were set. Still no mouse. The last time the "technician" was scheduled to be here was the day after Memorial Day. He never showed. That was 8 months ago. I have not heard or seen him since. Not a peep. They DID NOT complete their service agreement. Not even close. I must admit though, the one thing they DID DO exceptionally well was - to TAKE MY MONEY and RUN! I want my money back!!!!! I called and spoke to a manager who told me he would return half my money and have someone come and pick up their traps (8 months ago). Of course, I NEVER received a check and no one even bothered to come pick up their equipment... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Just in case you're wondering... I took matters into my own hands. All passages into the house were barricaded and I opened the kitchen door wide for the only exit. A couple of friends and I moved the machine and& set it down on its side. The squatter popped out like a Jack-in-the-Box! I screamed! Ratatoulle ran out into the wild never to be seen again!"
