"Renee and his team offered a humane solution that involved no killing or trapping. (Watch out for pest coâ s that tell you a glue trap is himane- def not!!!). I was so relieved that all the rats moved out on their within two weeks of Arsthetic installing â exit onlyâ doors. We had to leave it open one night for the last guy that couldn't figure out how to open it, but that was easy and he left too. None have come back as all the entrance hokes were sealed up on the first visit. I was really pleased at Reneeâ s transparency and responsiveness. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!"

When I noticed rat droppings in my garage, I was worried about the safety of my family and the potential damage to my property. However, the team from 360 Rodent Control swiftly addressed the issue. They performed a thorough inspection, set up effective traps, and sealed off entry points. Their professionalism, knowledge, and dedication were commendable. "It has only been a couple of weeks since the work was done. I was impressed with the workers. They were clean and professional. The birds still come by but have not been able to take the barrier down yet. The Customer Service was great prior to me hiring them but since the job was completed I have not heard from them to see if I am satisfied or not. Plus I was told that the inspection would be free but still had to pay $60 for the inspection and estimate. I trust the 1 year guarantee is valid but hope I do not need it."

"In March of 2013 we had them control and exclude all rodents from the attic. They removed all old insulation, sealed all entry holes(one the size of a basketball, hepa vac all dropping and disinfected the attic. They installed new insulation and set traps should any return. We did have rodents return after a couple of months and they found a hole which had not sealed, sealed and reset traps. This month we called them again because noises were heard over the master bedroom. They came out immediately and checked for rodents, found they were attempting to enter around flashing but all was secure and traps were all checked."

Different pest control methods exist to help mitigate an infestation. Not every technique will work with every pest, which is why speaking with a pest control expert is crucial to taming your problem. Different methods of pest removal include:
Heat treatments
Freezing treatments
Traps
Barriers
Chemical pesticides
Fumigation
Rodenticides
Mechanical devices
Repellants
The cost of pest control is $175 for the average homeowner. However, you could spend as little as $100 or as much as $500 or more, depending on the infestation size, the number of visits you need, and the pest you’re exterminating.
For example, if you need to rid your home of spiders, you’ll likely be spending between $100 and $300. However, if you have a termite problem, you can expect a bill of $230 to $2,500 or more, depending on the infestation size and damage caused.
Animal removal specialists specialize in removing critters and wildlife from in and around your home. These include:
Bats
Birds
Groundhogs
Moles and voles
Opossums
Mice and rats
Raccoons
Skunks
Squirrels
The specialist's method to remove these critters will depend on the animal. For example, groundhogs will be live-trapped and relocated, whereas, for birds, the expert will remove and discard the inactive nest and sanitize the area.
Professional animal removal costs between $200 and $600 for average homeowners. However, depending on the type and number of critters removed, this cost could range from $85 to $1,400.
This cost does not include the cost of home damage caused by the animal, which could be as low as $300 for minor drywall repair or as much as $15,000 for crawl space cleaning and restoration.
Even if you’re not immediately showing signs of pests, it’s a good idea to get into the habit of routine pest control. This should be done yearly, quarterly, bi-monthly, or monthly, depending on your location and if any signs of infestation are already present. For example, if you live by water, you might experience more pests in the spring and summer than someone who lives in a dry climate. Discuss treatment options with your pest professional to determine a suitable schedule for you and your home.
