"My project ended up not being a leak caused by the toilet but rather a leak from my foundation.The gentleman from Diplomat checked around the outside perimeter of my house and informed me of the situation. This man is a Saint ,coming out yesterday when I expressed I had 2" of standing water in a bathroom, in one of the "worst rain storms in the last 10 years in my area". I offered to pay him for his trouble and apologized for thinking the trouble was a Leaky" toilet but he refused any compensation just saying "remember us if you ever need a plumber in future""

"I am so glad that I decided to trust this company with my remodeling project!! I recently suffered a spinal cord injury and I haven't been able to get the quality of showers that I would like because I had a bathtub in my downstairs guest bathroom.
