This was amazing! The owner was responsive and knowledgeable during our phone consultations. The plumber showed up on time. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He put the tub through a diagnostic evaluation and found nothing wrong with the tub except a minor leak that didn’t require any work. Charged me for diagnostic only. No upswell. No making things up for a sale. Would hire again. Thanks!

Absolutely fantastic! I called multiple companies and they could not get to me within the week. I called Kevin with Die Hard and he was able to come out the same day and even fixed the problem. He was prompt, accurate and super professional. I would definitely hire again if needed in the future.
