"The customer service was great. It was easy to schedule an appointment and even when I had to reschedule they were very accommodating. They gave an appointment reminder the day before which is a courtesy i appreciated. The inspector arrived on time and was thorough and efficient. I received the report in a very short amount of time. The report was complete and included a number of helpful photographs. There was not a single problem at any point in the process. I would particularly like to note that the office staff gave excellent service.

"We thought it would be out of our budget to get it fixed. We thought we would just get an estimate and that they would come back another day to do the work. We were thrilled that the work was done today, and that everything was Explained to us along the way. We had the pump and the timer replaced and the price was Very reasonable!!!
