"We have been with Green Mango for a few years and are very happy! Jonathan O. is a great Tech! He calls to let us know he is on his way, very detailed in spraying and lets us know if he sees a problem. Very quick to address any issues that may come up! "We had a disastrous issue with a squirrel living in our very small crawl space. It died and the aftermath was awful. We worked with Brandyn along with our AC Company to remove it and then to do prevention on our entire house so it would not happen again. He was very professional and properly priced as well as very personable."

"I was very satisfied with Arizona Termite Specialist. I really like the fact that they are a dedicated termite company vs a company that offers multiple pest control services. This is their only business. I also like the warranty options that they offer."

"A well-known pest company provided regular services for my parents’ home. A horrible stench developed near my dad’s room and said company diagnosed the issue as a rat infestation. They were going to charge my parents’ $13k to remediate the problem. Then I found Kai and Revamped. Within 20 minutes of arriving at the house, they found a dead raccoon lodged in a vent near the air handler. They removed it and THOROUGHLY cleaned the vent. Don’t mess with those big pest control companies! Call Kai instead!"

Pest Control questions, answered by experts

Humans attract fleas with their body heat, the carbon dioxide (CO2) they exhale, body odors, and movement. Fleas love hiding in warm, dark places like hair and scalps, armpits, and groin areas. Fleas prefer to feed on pets and wildlife, but they do bite humans when other warm-blooded mammals aren’t available.

When you’re checking for bed bugs in your home, start by searching for the telltale signs rather than the insects themselves, as they tend to stay hidden during the day. Here are the key signs of a bed bug infestation:

  • Rust-colored or reddish stains on mattresses and bed sheets

  • Dark spots on fabric

  • Shed skins

  • Fecal matter (looks like black spots)

As for fleas, you can typically spot them on your pet. If you notice them scratching themselves excessively, look for bites and bugs on their skin and fur.

You can find anti-rat sprays in most home department stores that may be worth a try. Spray them along fences and in areas where you don’t want rats to go (like around decks) and they may think twice before approaching. For a natural version, you can try a mint spray, since rats generally dislike mint. But even the most effective sprays are unlikely to stop a hungry rat over time.

Yes. While cellar spiders can seem creepy or scary, they’re essential to the ecosystem. They feed on smaller insects in your home or elsewhere, keeping those populations in check. They’re also food for birds and small animals, so if you let a cellar spider live and simply transport it outside your house, you’re letting the natural cycle continue undisturbed.

Brown recluse spiders are attracted to homes in search of warm, dry, and dark spots that provide easy access to insects. An existing bug problem is a primary attractant, as spiders follow their food source. Other factors that attract brown recluse spiders include the presence of anything that might lure insects, such as food left out or poorly sealed trash cans. They are also drawn to excessive outdoor lighting, untended wood or cardboard boxes, and dark areas with nooks and crannies for nesting, like woodpiles or dirt piles.
