"I was totally awestruck by Mike's professionalism, knowledge and honesty. He was able to reassure me that my used computer is in tip top shape and has more memory then I even imagined. He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. I have already opened a file (in my filing account with his name on it)! I am making a list of things for him to help me with and will definitely be back in touch with him. "Jeff Wycoff turned out to be a superior IT Specialist. I called him to fix my Windows 7 computer today that was acting up after the latest Windows update. He repaired it flawlessly. While he was fixing my computer my office called about the printer at the front office not printing. Jeff overheard me talking and said he could fix it. He did and repaired some other things flawlessly while there, then back to my computer. He asked if I would want the home computer cleaned up.
