Outstanding in every way.

Awesome experience working with Arianna and Sylvester of Jared’s Fountain Repair. I had an older fountain which was in need of repair because of root damage to the base, bowl and basin. They quoted me a price to cleanly remove the base, flush the system, install a better pump, rebuild the base complete with patching and painting. Their work is meticulous and thorough. Excellent communication and responsiveness from Arianna. Our fountain is back up and running and looks better than it ever did. They’re some of the most honest and trustworthy people I’ve ever met. We’re pleased in every way with how our project went from start to completion.

They were quick to come and gives a quote. Then, in a couple of days, they came and in half a day they fixed both fountains that are now working as new. Love it!

Went very well. I'm writing this a year later and it's still working. We have him come out every couple of months to monitor the equipment and wiring etc. Such a pleasure to enjoy our double waterfall over boulders and not worry about it. Price was for initial work only.

All went quite well and if you have fountains I wouldn't hesitate to call the. They also install fountains and do monthly maintenance on them.

We had interviewed two other companies and decided on Jared. They were very professional, arrived on time, did the necessary repairs and everything works perfectly.

Wonderful! Sylvester and Ariana were here at the time they told me. They were pleasant, helpful and professional. They went right to work setting up their equipment and emptied and cleaned my fountain. I was partiulary impressed at how persistent Sylvester was to get into every nook and crevice to make sure that my fountain was thoroughly cleaned. He power washed every square inch of the fountain taking apart all elements to make sure no spot was left with any dirt or algae. This is a professional staff that did a great job on my fountain, which is still "smiling" from the bath.

Sylvester and Ariana were great. I called them and they came out the next day. This fountain had obviously not worked for several years and the pump and float needed to be replaced. It was also leaking like a sieve around the base. Sylvester gave me a quote of $750 to install a new pump and float and repair the base with a water-proof elastic-type coating so it stopped leaking. While he was there, he also pumped the water out of the fountain basin that my husband and I had poured in earlier so we could test the pump. I was expecting to do that with a bucket after they were gone, but they did it for me. Sylvester also spent some time investigating the electrical outlet and timer associated with the pump. All of this was about 30 years old and Sylvester gave it a thorough going over while he was there just to give me a quote. I was impressed. My husband and I decided to have him do the work and he and his wife returned in a couple of days after the fountain had thoroughly dried. The arrived as scheduled, calling beforehand to let me know they were on their way. They completed the work as promised and did a fantastic job. They gave me a lot of good advice about keeping the fountain clean and said if I had any trouble, they would return and take care of it. They also clean and maintain fountains on a weekly basis. I could tell that Sylvester and Ariana take a lot of pride in their work and we would definitely hire them again.

They were very responsive to my initial message inquiring about their service. They were on time. Unfortunately, they were unable to clog it, they said because of the way it was constructed. But they didn't charge me anything and they did try, so I give them "A" for effort. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Great customer experience. Responsive, polite, fair price, and quick estimate. They couldn't do same day service, though they tried. They came within 24 hours and had the work done quickly, professionally, and were very pleasant to interact with. I'm newer to Arizona, so they also provided me with a bunch of tips on how to keep things working better in the future. I highly recommend them for future work, and will call them the next time something breaks!

Great - service performed as expected .

We had two fountains that needed new pumps. I got a hold of Ariana in the morning and She and Sylvester were able to come out in the afternoon. They assessed the situation and give us a very fair quote for the work. They showed up first thing the next morning and replaced both pumps, cleaned the fountains and had them up in running in a couple hours. They were thorough, professional and communicated every step along the way. I would HIGHLY recommend Jared Water Fountain Repair. We are going to have them back to do some work on the water features in our pool. A very satisfied customer !!!

Our fountain is 25 years old and has occasionally stopped running when the motor burns out. It had not been running for over 4 years. My neighbor recently had his fountain repaired and was very happy with the company he used. I had intended to ask him the name of the repair company, but he was out of town when I got around to scheduling the service. I called Jared because they have great reviews on Angie's List. This is literally a mom and pop operation - a husband and wife team. They came out to look at the fountain, determined it needed a new pump, electrical outlet repair and a new leveler (exactly what we had determined needed repair). The bid was $450 and they requested $100 deposit to cover the cost of the materials. They returned on time with the materials. They did a great job! They even cleaned the fountain bowl after finishing the repairs. The repair bill was similar to what we have paid in the past. The fountain looks beautiful again! I am happy to recommend them. Additionally, as they were working on the repairs they asked if my neighbor had recommended them. They had done his repair!

Sylvester did an amazing job and the fountain looks like new again. Sylvester discovered I had no electric on the left side of my house. He came prepared with an extension cord and plugged in just inside my door. I now have to call Mr. Sparky and get the electrical fixed, but the fountain looks and sounds wonderful.

We have a “water feature” in the backyard, adjacent to our patio. It consists of a pool about the size and shape of a good-sized, two-person bathtub. The pool sits at the base of a small, rock-covered mound. Water from the pool is pumped to the top of the small mound, and then flows in two streams back into the pool. Late last year, the pump failed and the person who had been doing work on the water feature for us failed to return my calls or respond to my emails. So the water feature sat idle over the winter while we tried to find a reliable source of help to get the water feature back up and running.

In early March we found Jared Fountain Repair in Angie’s List and contacted them. Ariana and Sylvester Hernandez came to our house at the agreed upon day and time, quickly evaluated the situation and gave us an estimate of what it would cost to get the water feature up and running. The estimate was reasonable, and they were both knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, so we asked them to go ahead and do the work. A week later they were back at the agreed upon time and did exactly what they said they would do. No surprises.

In our experience, it is quite difficult to find people who do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it. And who also take pride in doing first-rate work. We were so impressed with the way Ariana and Sylvester do business that we also decided to hire them to do monthly maintenance on our water feature. They are easy to work with, and extremely good at staying in touch throughout the entire process. If you’re looking for folks who are reliable, and do quality work at a very reasonable price, you might want to give Ariana a call. We’re certainly glad we did.
