I chose to go with them because I thought the increase in price would mean no issues. I was wrong. It took them 10 months to come repair one broken tile that broke on installation...4 phone calls later, no response. My husband posted a poor review of them on Google, and they were out the next day. I am saddened that it took a poor review to encourage this company to fix something 10 months after the fact."
