BEST PEOPLE IN THE WORLD OF APPLIANCE REPAIRS - AT LEAST IN DENVER.. OWNERS ARE INVOLVED, TECHS ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY AND WILL TELL WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO FIX THE PROBLEM.. 90 DAY WARRANTY ON THE PROBLEMS FIXED. They were 15 minutes early and had the work completed within about 40 minutes. They were very courteous and explained what was wrong and why the ice maker needed to be replaced. Very happy with the overall experience.

Great service in that the guy had the needed part in his truck and it got the job done without further delay. That saved me from having to go to a laundromat to wash clothes. If you call ring twice immediately so I know it is not a robo call.

Washer was leaking. Seal was replaced (expensive) but leak persisted. New hose from detergent dispenser did the trick (inexpensive). While the rubber seal was old and replacing was not a bad thing to do, the root cause was a cheap fix. But work was well done.

Don came out to repair our washing machine. He was prompt, courteous, got the problem addressed, and also gave us a bunch of really helpful info on how to avoid issues in the future, as well as suggestions on regular maintenance for other appliances. It was great education on stuff we didn't know, and so appreciated!

Cody was professional and fast! He diagnosed the problem with our freezer within a few minutes, then ran out to get the needed parts. We had our freezer repaired within 2 hours of his first arriving! It's been great ever since and the price was extremely reasonable. I'll call Mr Appliance for ALL future repairs!

They had a cancellation and were able to complete the refrigerator/freezer problem within 2 hours. Mike arrived on time, quickly diagnosed, the problem, went out to obtain a part and completed the job with confidence and was very professional! I highly recommend Mr. Appliance!

I thought the hourly rate was high at $215 p/HR for labor. When the quote was presented it was not broken down for labor and parts. I thought for my repair the part price must be high. But no, the labor price was high. Chris was very professional and presented the project as I expected. However, my dryer is still making weird sounds and I will be calling them tomorrow
