Jeff is super professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. He accessed our server quickly, came up against a problem that was built into the system, and persevered until he was able to find a way around the road block. He worked in tandem with a developer over the Internet and was able to get the developer what the developer needed to be able to restore 90% of our CRM, which the developer had accidentally crashed. We will definitely call Jeff first for on-site Linux server related issues. We run a 7 figure business via this server so it was really important to get it back up and running again. Highly recommended.

Did not diagnose the problem correctly. Performed a fix it did not need and did not fix the problem. Charged $200 and said if it did not fix the problem then is would be $75 per hour more to find the issue. The guy showed up, searched the web for a solution and tried the first thing he found that sounded like my problem and called it a day. No running any kind of diagnosis tools, checking hardware or anything.

"Hi James, Regarding your issue, you were charged the standard rate which you had signed off for and agreed to before work was started. I did install diagnosis software in order to troubleshoot your particular hardware. From the information that came from this diagnostic tool, I researched the cause of your problem specific to your hardware. I then implemented the fix that was most likely the cause of your problem. Since this was an intermittent issue, I sat with you for 1 hour while you ran your normal software and no issues arose as they had before. We then both agreed that things seemed to be working. I asked you to call me if this issue arose again and you agreed to do so. I never received a call and so it was assumed that everything was working. Sorry that you are dissatisfied with your service. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss this further. Thanks."

Jeff helped me fix and replace my keyboard on my MacBook Pro which seemed to be no easy task. While working on my MacBook the battery began to overheat (likely from the initial damage and not the repair) and stopped working. Jeff replaced and installed my new battery free of charge and only charged me for the initial estimated time of work (2-3 day drop-off) despite it taking him close to a week to complete. I highly recommend Jeff from Onsite-IT-Solutions for any IT problems you may have.

Jeff was flexible and able to come to my apartment. I was grateful for his help and expertise. The problem required a new re-install of WIN 10 after multiple other solutions were attempted. Highly recommend this service for complex software or hardware problems.
