Replaced a dozen broken tiles, addressed the slipped tiles and took care of a few other issues. Did a great job and I would hire again.

We got several bids for the work on our roof. Not only did Certified Roofing give us the best one, but I could tell from the first moment their main concern was doing a good job and providing exceptional customer service. Their work was excellent and done on time. And, they never left the property until they knew we were completely satisfied with the job. Roof repairs are very costly and there are dozens of companies to choose from. It’s hard to know who to trust. You can trust Steve, Laura and Josh. They do what they say and charge a fair price for their work. You can’t ask for more than that.

Steve and everyone involved with my repairs were phenomenal. They did not try to upsell anything I did not need, were straight to the point, explained everything in great detail, great price, very personable, on time, performed great work, and fixed the problem I have been dealing with for awhile. I did not hire them. But it was because they were so great. I thought I needed a ton of roof work done. He came out to check out the situation and instead advised me against hiring them. Basically, it was a lot simpler a fix. He offered to do it but also just instead walked me through the steps of an easy fix I could do. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.

They reached out to me first thing in the morning and was out to the house for a quote in a few hours. Bid was competitive and they finished the repair that day. Highly recommend and professional.

Certified was the first, and as it turned out the only, company I contacted from Home Advisor's list. I chose it based on the reviews of others and I was not disappointed. I am generally not one to get many estimates, I had a price in mind as to what I thought the cost would be, and decided that if Certified's estimate was close to that estimate and the impression of the estimator was positive I would just go with it. Steve's inspection of my roof was detailed and he listened to my concerns. The work he said the roof needed was precisely what I thought it needed and the estimate was easily in the ball park. There was no attempt whatsoever to try and "upsell" anything. His team arrived on schedule, were professional, efficient and friendly. They did exactly what Steve had said needed to be done, were quick, and cleaned up after the job. The finished product looks excellent. I would recommend them whole heartedly.

I’ve had a plethora of quotes for a repair on my roof and not one company/person was as great as Steve was. His honesty and integrity were second to none.
