He made several trips to hardware stores for specific pipe fitting and was quick to resolve any issues I brought up concerning ease of use or accommodation to existing requirements. He also checked all the drains and poured in a drain cleaner treatment. We received a discount coupon after our first visit which was applied to the new total. I will always call Mr. Rooter for pluming issues and also ask them so send Clinton, and will highly recommend their service to others."

I appreciated his thorough explanation of what was needed and instead of trying to sell be a water softener, he let me know the excessively hard water at my house would clog the pipes. The only reason I am not giving a 5 stars is waiting and waiting for them to come. I would be notified they were on their way and it would take longer than estimated all three days they came out."

"JDS sent a un-licensed repairman (with his girlfriend) to dig a hole in driveway to access the leak. The repair to the main water pipe was completed. Job clean-up was very sloppy. Owner of JDS arrived two days later to view the repair job and collected the check. Unfornutaley, the leak was not at the site JDS "repaired" but 4 feet further from JDS actual repair site. Another company was called to repair the problem which cost an aditional $267.

Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. Very knowledgeable and professional."
