Dreamstyle Remodeling of Northern AZ

We called this company to schedule a consultation to install a walk-in shower. It was scheduled for a Saturday at 2 pm. Several days prior to the review, we received a phone call to confirm the appointment. They had the location of the consultation in the wrong city by several hundred miles away but we corrected them at that time. On Saturday we prepared for the consultation and had planned our day around it. One hour prior to the scheduled time of the consultation, a Dreamstyle rep called and said that they could not make it. I expressed my displeasure but he rescheduled the consultation for about 2 weeks later on a Thursday for 2 pm. That Thursday morning I called Dreamstyle to confirm the appointment. The rep couldn't confirm it at first but then put me on hold while she checked further. I was on hold for over 20 minutes before I had to hang up and call back. When I finally got in touch with someone who could answer my question, he told me that we were not scheduled for this day as planned. He said that he could have a rep reach out to us when they are in the area. I told him that if was the level of service that we could expect from their company, we had no interest in using them. When we make appointments, we plan around them and make every effort to abide by them. We expect the same from the businesses that we deal with.

WOW!! Was my first response. It was a pleasure to work with DreamStyle from the meeting to completion of the shower replacement. The first representative was Wayne MacPhee, he explained every detail and made a new design vision for the 50 year old shower. DreamStyle kept me informed as to the process of ordering the materials and the final measurements with Chris. Couldn't have been better. Our installers were Scott Willcox and Arturo C. They were on time, efficient at their job, and very nice. Cleaned up after and we are very pleased with the whole job and the product. We've wanted a walk-in shower for a long time and we made the right choice.

When we went shopping for windows at the beginning of the year, we looked at all the vendors in our area. Dreamstyle Remodeling with John Boswell's guidance was the right choice for us. Quality of windows offered (we went with ProVia) and pricing were right. It took quite a bit longer to get our windows (expected in June, finally arrived in October), but with the current supply chain and workforce crunch, that seemed unavoidable. Our install team Cory Colvin and Ridge Clark installed 17 windows in three days with a half day follow-up to inspect everything again and make sure all was according to our desires. We were shown the operation of the windows and given all data we needed should there be ever need for any questions. Cory and Ridge were delightful and very professional, cleaning as they went. We were very impressed. We are very happy with our purchase!

I took a chance and contacted Dreamstyle Remodeling because of a flyer I received, just to get some information. I was so impressed, I signed up n the spot for them to replace my old sliding glass doors. My new doors are amazing and beautiful! I couldn't believe that their installer managed to keep everything so neat and clean, then he took the time to show me how to use the doors. Everyone has been friendly, professional, and answered every concern I have. Plus, they have so many benefits and payment options. I'm already planning a few more projects for them!

I would highly recommend Dreamstyle Remodeling of Northern Arizona and our two installers William Jenkins and Nick B. These two men were punctual, informative and kind. My 100 year old house in Flagstaff is funky and unique and both of these men have decades of experience and removed the old, moved pipes, built a wall and installed a beautiful shower. When they were done they left our home spotless. They are professionals and this company is lucky to have them.

Dreamstyle Remodeling exceeded our expectations. Design Consultant Wayne Macphee was very helpful and informative on our options. The follow-up visit by installation manager Ted Prappas was also informative and helpful. The installation crew, Dana Gannon and Colin Elliot went very smooth and the job was completed in approximately 9 1/2 hours. The demolition, installation, and clean-up was done with extreme care and professionalism. From initial consultation to completed project took approximately six weeks. All representatives were very polite and courteous throughout the process. We would not hesitate to use this company for any future projects.

The entire process was excellent. The products ordered were received and professionally installed by Andersen professionals. The installers (Scott Malloy and Kelly Hoffman) were always on-time both days of the installation, were courteous, respectful and knowledgeable, and removed all debris from the installations. They made sure the windows operated properly and showed us how to clean them ourselves, and they thoroughly cleaned up all areas they worked. This is thie second time in 2 years we've had them replace old windows and we couldn'd be more pleased with the quality and workmanship.

It was a great experience that was well coordinated from the initial proposal thru installation. John, our installer, was particularly helpful in working out all of the nitty gritty details that make the final product just perfect for the application. The price we paid may not be the cheapest one we could have found but the professionalism of the whole team made the project a real delight. We highly recommend this team if you have a door or window project.

We had our windows replaced in February, and I’m just getting around to a review. When we moved into our house in Prescott Valley, AZ we immediately noticed how poor the windows were. Even in the winter, the sun would beat in. I suppose it’s not a bad thing in winter…but clearly something had to be done. So I called Renewal by Anderson. Bruce, our sales guy came out and showed us bits and pieces of windows and hardware. We opted to replace all the windows and patio slider, except for the two small bathrooms windows (I realized this was a mistake during a cold snap and Bruce came back and added them). The installation team of Dave Indicavitch and Andy Everett did an excellent job and were very nice guys to boot. We have a stucco house, which is a challenge in and of itself. Our bathroom installs were done by Scott Malloy and Kelly Hoffman, again very nice and did a great job. The windows are neither cheap in quality or price, but WOW, these are the sturdiest windows I’ve ever seen. They look great on the inside as well. I like the small features, such as double-locking double-hungs and sliders, and screens that lock from the inside. And the patio slider is just awesome. The sun does not heat up the window sills, so there you have it. The house is quieter and more comfortable. If I had to do it again, I’d be calling Renewal by Anderson.

My husband and I had an amazing experience with Renewal by Andersen from the start. Steve, the rep that came to our house was very informative and polite. The day after our Windows and back door was installed, Steve called to make sure we were happy with our new windows. What great customer service. Thank you Steve. The two gentlemen that installed our windows, Scott and Kelly were amazing! I was expecting a lot of clean up and had zero. I was expecting 3 to 4 days and they were done with everything in a day and a half. I am so pleased with their workmanship. Thank you Steve and Kelly. I definitely will recommend Renewal by Andersen.

Professional company from start to finish. This is how a company should be run. Top notch customer service. They provide excellent communication with their customers throughout the entire process. The windows have made a dramatic difference in our home in both performance and appearance. A special recognition to John Lynott and Ryan Hoffman for their installation. We have an old home and this was a difficult job. Great teamwork. Worth every penny and would recommend in a heartbeat.

All parts of this process and service were excellent. Easy to make appointments all teams from sales, finance, and installation met all of their time commitments. Kept us informed of how order was progressing through the system and kept to schedule. Installation was one of the easiest renovations we have done. The install team, Scott M. and Kelly H., did a fabulous job- the work was flawless and they kept everything very clean, removing all debris and dust as they progressed. No mess or fuss ?. All the new windows and door were a perfect fit and it makes a real difference in the comfort of our home. They look beautiful. The windows are expensive but a great value! Thx to all.

4 windows, one picture window, one sliding door, one front door and one French door; and, save for 3 windows, all were new construction on the house I am remodeling. From the sales team (Steve Huffman), who helped me design the remodel, to the installation team (John Lynott, Ryan Hoffman, Scott Malloy and Kelly Hoffman), Andersen was professional, efficient, on time and exceeded my expectations. The installation team worked well together, were a pleasure to have around, and treated my home with respect. They cleaned after themselves and, most importantly, finished the job in the time frame that was quoted. The finished product is amazing and I can't recommend them high enough.

The installers Dave Indicavitch and Andrew Everett were outstanding. They were highly efficient, professional and courteous. The install went smoothly, and took only 2 days, rather than the 3 expected. We couldn't be happier, our home looks very high end now. It's much quieter, and we can feel the difference with the insulating qualities of these windows.

The installers, Dave I. and Andy E., we efficient and well organized. The installation was faster than I anticipated. When they finished the job everything was clean and orderly again, never knew they were there. Very professional!

The windows were better than I expected! They were installed by John Lynott and Scott Malloy employees of Renewal by Anderson. They were right on time and did a great job of removing the old windows and disposing of them and putting in the new windows. There were very courteous and the job was done in a very timely manner. The windows add so much to my living area. I couldn't be happier. I live on the corner and there is a lot of traffic early in the morning including two school buses which stop right in front of my house. The windows have eliminated a substantial amount of noise. I have decided to replace the one window I didn't think needed replacing. I highly recommend them.
