"Tom was very knowledgeable and solved our need for hot water that literally took gallons of water to be wasted before it came out hot. I appreciated his thorough explanation of what was needed and instead of trying to sell be a water softener, he let me know the excessively hard water at my house would clog the pipes. The only reason I am not giving a 5 stars is waiting and waiting for them to come. I would be notified they were on their way and it would take longer than estimated all three days they came out."

"Mike Settle was great at listening to what I needed to be done. He was very knowledgeable about my tree problems and saved a few that I thought were gone. He was very thorough in dealing with the long overdue yard cleanup and shrub trimming leaving me with a pristine yard.
