"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. "I called Nick on a Saturday and he answered right away and came out to the house for a quote early the next week.  He was on time, professional, and very knowledgeable.  We had a laundry list of things for him to repair for a house we were flipping and after examining the area, he made recommendations to save us money.  Nick replaced several shingles on the roof, recoated the flat portion of the roof, and recoated and sealed the areas around the skylight, turbine vents, and chimney.  He also repaired the chimney crown.  He finished the job as scheduled and did a great job. I would definitely hire him again and highly recommend him to anyone."
