Top notch! So we didn't actually have repairs done, although at the time I thought repairs may be needed. Come to find out it was actually condensation buildup coming from the attic to the ceiling. I would've never known if Tony along with Yvonne's inspection in the attic. Quick service and we'll definitely call them back out if needed. Look nowhere else.

Tony and Yvonne run a fantastic company. We had a handful of roofing companies come and assess our roof issues and they were BY FAR the most communicative and thorough in their assessment of the roof. Their prices were more than fair. I had pictures of the estimate sent to me without request, updates throughout the job, and a review of the work completed when they were done. I will be using them again in the future! - Remove and salvage existing tiles - Cleaned underlayment and remove debris - Applied Plastic Roofing Cement to seal plumbing jack - Seal flashing collar - Replace enclosure - Install tiles - Secure flashing - Apply mortar to end caps that were cracking

Yvonne and Tony manage a great Team. They were on site early everyday, dealt with weather delays, emergencies and adjustments perfectly. The Crew is on point, they keep a very fun, enjoyable work atmosphere and they do a super awesome job of cleaning up after themselves every day which kept the work area safe for everyone. I just want to give a great recommendation to Arizona Roofing System Solution, LLC. Yvonne and Tony work hard to make sure they are giving you the best product for your money.  They did an elastomeric coating on my patio roof after repairing it, scraped and painted my patio roof ceiling and installed gutters on the house and even cleaned the debris from my tile roof.  One stop shopping.  They do it all and very well.  Yvonne calls and lets you know the schedule and they arrive on time.  The price was extremely reasonable.  Give them a call and see for yourself.

Great work and very professional! Yvonne was very communicative, answered all of my questions, and got back to me in a timely manner. They repaired my rotted roofing beams and recoated my roof. The work took a little longer than they originally estimated, but they didn't cut corners or try to rush through the work. When it rained soon after the work was complete and one of my skylights leaked, they came our right away and made sure everything was sealed up. I am really happy with their work and their overall service and price! (And I'm 99% sure that Bill G. meant "conscientious" in his review!)

They did not finish the job. When I tried to contact them, she would not answer the phone, I had to use another phone to call, so, they would not see my number. I got a call back when I had to report them. When I asked for some of my cool coat back so that we could finish the job and cover the areas that needed to be covered she said they only had one-quarter of the bucket when the young man brought it back it was completely full so I did not get the two coats that were expected and paid for. If you cant get somebody to look at the job when theyre done be careful they will take your money and run. She is not the roofer is supposed to be her boyfriend she got up there with him they painted over my electrical and got it all inside the electric and did not even cover the cracked. And I asked for the job on paper and I asked for a receipt never got either.

Extremely contentious and I would highly recommend them.

I really appreciated working with this company. Everything was VERY transparent. Because if COV19 stay at home order, I was unable to return to AZ. to finish the closing of home. I had to rely on many people. I had called on a number independent roofing company for an assessment of a potential new home roof. Yvonne went beyond herself answers questions. Sending me detailed labeled pictures and a clear reasonable estimate. The seller decided to have this roofing company complete the work.
