The screen works well. Given thorough instructions on how to maintain it. When it rains, water comes in under my front door... a lot of water. This did not occur with my old retractable screen. Called about the problem and a gentlemen came, poured water over the bottom of the front door and said it didn't leak, there was nothing he could do. Called the company asking for someone to call me. No response. Right now I keep a beach towel at the bottom of the front door to soak up the water when it rains. Wish I could get my old retractable screen back and the threshold that came with it.
