"After meeting with 4 different pool companies on site, we are so pleased we settled on 1st Choice Pools. From the very beginning, the guidance, service, timely communications and commitment to their work was 2nd to none. Seriously. After meeting with the owner Daniel, his confidence and knowledge were undeniable. Contract signed, began working with Devin that week, lots of patience and advice getting us to an executable CAD drawing. Not pushy, really felt valued, Devin listened to our concerns / preferences and got us to a simple and geometric design we loved. The build went wonderfully, from excavation to pool fill – the program management and critical path was on point. In additional to the pool, we included two cement pours outside the coping to support a future grill and lounge area – fantastic workmanship. This review is about 10 months late, I share that because we recently had a minor issue – and without question, 1st choice returned and made it right without hesitation. Finally, a tip of the hat and the biggest thank you I can render to Estrella. Estrella was the front office interface, she was always 100% positive and professional. Her email / phone call response time was seconds not minutes and that is not an exaggeration. Responding to my questions on schedule, material inquiries, adjustments – Estrella was the liaison that brought it all together. Thank you, Daniel, Estrella, Devin and the overall 1st Choice Pools team – we are thrilled with the pool and will continue to highly recommend you to other future pool owners."

"My small pool and spa were leaking. I spent over $25k repairing walls and rerouting plumbing. That was ok for about a year but water meter kept running. Water levels dropping, I agreed to an estimate of $1700 more to repair. They had drained the spa earlier. Having not heard anything for 2 months, I tried to contact them. Nobody would answer calls nor email and so I left a message I would find someone else if they did not respond. They did not. I would have thought they would stand by their work and also place a customer who had spent so much money on the priority list. The maintenance company with whom they are somehow associated was awful, too. Don?t expect their pleasant demeanor to reflect their integrity. This is one disappointed ex-customer."
