Paloma Pools

While looking for someone to maintain our pool at our new property in Tucson I came across Poloma Pools. So far Tony has been a great communicator and very straight forward. We will likely hire Paloma Pools as our maintenance company (depending on how well initial repairs are handled).

These guys are busy! Get them on your schedule early, but once they get to you, the service is impeccable - friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and fair. I'll definitely hire them again when I need help with the pool

After going through several other pool companies some of which came when they were supposed to but unfortunately did not have the knowledge needed to keep chemicals balanced and pool clear and then having a company that outright took advantage of the fact that we arenâ t at the residence full time and just flat out took our money and didnâ t perform the services at all....we feel grateful to have finally found a pool company that shows up, is reasonably priced and has gotten our pool back to looking amazing again. Would highly recommend!!

Can't say enough about Tony's service and fair pricing. Before I had even hired him for weekly maintenance, he came over and examined my pool and did a one-time cleaning and chemical balance. About a week later, my pump stopped working, so I called him. He came over while I was at work and the pump was working when I got home. He never even mentioned what he had done or alluded to any charge. I called and he let me know that he had removed a piece of cactus from the impeller and wasn't going to charge. I sent him a little "appreciation token" anyway. You won't find a more efficient and fairly priced company.

Tony is extremely informative & professional. Took time out of his schedule to come personally to the property check pool & system before committing to the job. Efficient. Best prices offered for necessary project.

Just recently switched to Paloma Pools and very happy so far. Tony and his son do a very thorough job cleaning and maintaining the pool chemistry. The level of attention that he gives to the pool is much greater than we received from the previous big pool company that we used. Tony also showed me things about my pool that I did not know that would make if operate better. Definitely would recommend Paloma Pools.

Tony & his son Dillon were really nice and on time. I m new to area as well as new pool owner. They showed me how to care for my pool, tested water & walked me through how to properly use my equipment. They treated my pool as a courtesy and then came back to clean it. They were quick professional and didn t try to sell me anything I didn t need. I d certainly use them in future as well as recommend them. Thank you guys

Tony and his son not only did an excellent job with cleaning my pool and balancing the chemicals, their fee was unbelievably fair. About a week after their visit, I had an unrelated issue with my pump that required a visit and ordering a part. As soon as the part arrived, Tony came to the house and fixed the problem. Again, his fee was so reasonable that I added a little extra. I would highly recommend this service for whatever pool needs that you may have.
