They are really good. Very personable. They really care for our tenants. They are really speedy. When I call them, they are out the next day. I would recommend them.

Our tech, Gabe, is very thorough, but efficient. Makes sure every nook and cranny is checked and always discusses with us any issues we may have noticed before starting his treatment. If anything comes up between treatments he is there within 24hrs to address it. I’m assuming all the technicians are as good as this guy. We’ve been using Truly for pest and termite control since we moved here 11 years ago and have never been disappointed.

James is my technician. He is very through, does an outstanding job communicating with us. Provides an excellent service. I have not had one issue in the last 4 years that we have been using Nolen for this service. In fact, they have been so good to work with, we now have termite contract as well as weed service with them. I have been approached by other companies offering their service. Their pitch as always been they can offer it cheaper then Nolan, but never have they said better. I do care about cost, but effective treatment and service is a factor I place a lot of weight on and Nolan has not disappointed me. Their service has been cost effective to me and worry free.
