They were great and also eas fantastic to have a bilingual company, this was great since my husband speaks English and I speak Spanish so the specialist was great with both of us, they respond to us since the first call and we were able to make the appointment the nest day, great service and great customer service

Did not say in advance that there was a trip charge nor did he state his hourly rate. In addition he did not have a minimum of inventory and had to go to get necessary part. He charged for 3 hours of labor when in fact at most he was at my home for one and half hour or less.
