Problem with stove burner not working. Tech told me power there. But he said he would not be able to fix. Suggested I find handyman to repair.

Did not say in advance that there was a trip charge nor did he state his hourly rate. In addition he did not have a minimum of inventory and had to go to get necessary part. He charged for 3 hours of labor when in fact at most he was at my home for one and half hour or less.
