Sam helped us deal with leaks, helped us find a tremendous pool resurfacer and got the pool up and running. He has come back several times to make repairs. Always done a great job. Two months ago, I hired his company to do weekly maintenance. The pool has never looked so good. Would highly recommend them to anyone with a pool!

Sam did a terrific job; Quality Pools is excellent. Sam came out once to diagnose, came out a second time to replace a burned out spa motor and re-do the wiring for it, and a third time to drain our pool and spa and power wash them both before and after doing an acid wash to remove some stubborn algae. The pool and spa both look terrific now and we will have Sam back to make sure the water quality stays good. Sam is professional, personable, punctual, very skilled and knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Will definitely keep using him for pool and spa service and repair.

Couldn’t be happier. Sam looked at the issues, and while doing diagnostic work on the valves, suggested that we replace all of them given our hard water. That was clearly the right call because the valves were damaged and would fail. He showed me where my filter housing was cracked and needed replacement, and he installed an easy to use Pentair control panel. His team drained my large pool, cleaned the hard mineral deposits from the tile and (amazingly) the stones around the waterfall. Sam and team arrived when they said they would, made sure the area was clean when they finished and were professional with great customer service. I will absolutely use Quality Pool Service again — as a matter of fact, I have asked them to repair a few other items.

Sam was punctual, professional. Hard worker. He took a call from me after hours on a Sunday because I had a question. He actually answered the phone. Rare these days. He explained everything I had in reference to outdated equipment. He went above and beyond to satisfy my concerns. The point is he did a lot of extra and gave me a fair price at the end. He treated me like he wanted to be the one I contacted again if I had a problem without having to do 3 hours of research on the internet for the right guy. He is the right guy. We’ve gone through more than our share of pool maintenance companies and none compare to Sam who is the owner of Quality Pool Service and Repair. He employs service technicians as needed to cover his growing business clients and they are friendly and professionally trained by him before being allowed to be on their own. Sam is professional, knowledgable, courteous, friendly. He’s always on time and will call to let us know if he’ll be delayed, so we’re not trying to contact him or waiting for him to show up, like so many non-professional contractors in this area. We contracted for him to do 4 inspections per month, to include chemicals and we are on a Monday morning schedule here in The Preserve. We remove the pool cover before they show up and don’t mind our gentle dogs presence while he or a tech works. Enclosed is a photo of Sam and our Greyhounds.

Hard working and honest, what more can you ask. Actually a lot. Did a very good job replacing the pool heater with a new model. Both Sam and his Journeyman handled the job very well. Not an easy task with an engineer customer standing over their shoulders. Very glad Sam has a thick skin, and a good sense of humor. Very professional, complicated job with gas piping and electrical work, and the install working right the first time it was turned on. I have found it rare for a company to respond quickly to calls and show up to meet you, give estimates, service and follow-up with you when they say they will. Sam with Quality Pool Service and Repair did just that. He came to give an estimate, scheduled the service within a few days and worked hard to complete the project. He even came back an additional day to make sure my pool was cleaned well-it was a demanding job! My pool has not looked this clean in a long time! I am very satisfied with his service and highly recommend him to anyone.

Quality Pools is a rare find in Tucson. I have had Sam service my pool every week for over two years and his service has been impeccable. It took a few bad experiences with other companies before I hired Quality Pools. Since then, I have not had a single worry about the condition of my pool. Additionally, Sam does regular maintenance on the pool filter (Cleaning, lubing O rings, etc) without any reminders on my part. My pool is pristine because of Quality Pools. Sam drained the pool and pressure washed it before refilling, correcting the slick area. Since then Quality Pool Service And Repair has continued maintaining it as a salt water pool.

Sam is familiar and very knowledgeable with the type of pool setup I own. He maintains the pool properly while educating me on how to care for the pool. Which is great for new pool owners. He was also gracious to acquire the salt cell and install it without a problem. Now my pool is running clean and flawless.
