"Johnny and his Dad removed our old shed and assembled a new one. They were very good at removing anything we no longer needed and did a super job on our new shed. They were courteous, timely, and their price was very reasonable. They did everything to perfection. We will definitely use the services of Vasile Build by Design again."

"All in all, the project went well. This was the first time Armando had taken on this type of job. With my direction and baseball specifications he and his crew created exactly what I was hoping to achieve. Nicely Done!"

"He contacted me right away. Gave me up front price and stuck to it. He arrived on time, no excuses. All I needed was an office chair assembled, not a big job like tiling and such. I will hire him again. Headline: Honest and on time."

"Emilio was so professional and competent in the work he did for me. He was a perfectionist and never cut corners to finish faster. In fact he spent almost a full day trimming, adjusting and installing and five 6-panel door slabs, along with painting as necessary. I would not hesitate to contact All In One Handy again. Great performance at a remarkably low cost."

Grill Assembly questions, answered by experts

Safety steps include proper vent installation, connector tightness, and leak testing. A safe environment must be maintained throughout.

No. Placing a built-in grill against the house is discouraged due to safety concerns. Building codes and regulations often require a minimum distance (typically 10 feet or more) between a gas grill and any combustible structure, including a house. Placing a grill too close poses a fire hazard and risks damage to the siding or structure, potentially leading to carbon monoxide buildup. It's essential to consult local building codes, follow manufacturer guidelines, and prioritize safety by positioning the grill at a safe distance, ideally in a well-ventilated outdoor kitchen or designated grill area.

You can maneuver your gas grill into place, but you cannot connect the grill to your gas source yourself. All municipalities mandate that a certified plumber carry out this work, so you’ll have to reach out to a plumber or a gas grill installation company in your area. Given how dangerous a gas leak can be, gas lines and connections are highly regulated, so you’ll need a professional’s help and a permit to install a gas grill.

The cost of a gas grill burner ranges from $10 to $100 or more, depending on the brand. If you’re replacing one burner, consider replacing all the burners simultaneously. Although it will cost more upfront, it will save you the hassle of replacing a burner every few months, and your grill will cook more evenly and efficiently.

Yes, professional services typically include venting, gas line installation, and necessary permits.
