He quickly diagnosed the nature of the problem, explained the nature of the issue and the procedure for repairing the issue. He had the window repaired and returned to proper working order in a timely manner, and demonstrated how to properly operate the window as to how to remove it from and return it to the frame. I would highly recommend this company as they did what they promised and for exactly what they stated the job would cost when making the appointment."

"We scheduled an appointment, but the assigned individual under Neil Kumar did not show up. Rather than addressing the situation professionally, Neil Kumar responded with baseless assumptions and accusatory remarks directed at us as the customer. One such accusation was that we were trying to impose a time limit on the work which we never did. We simply scheduled an appointment and expected the person assigned to arrive as agreed. Unfortunately, that did not happen. What made the situation even more troubling were the unrelated and inappropriate racial comments made during the exchange, which came across as dismissive, unprofessional, and racially insensitive. As someone of Indian ethnicity myself, I found the experience especially disappointing and unacceptable. We will not be doing business with this company again."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"It went extremely well and they explained every detail and all options very clearly. Communicating with them was quite easy and they were impressively responsive. Quality work and contractors - price range within dollars of two other bids. Price went up when we realized I needed to pour new concrete - which, for many reasons ended up being a bonus but it did drive up the price considerably. They offered other options to the new concrete as well."

For five years we received an error message every 3-4 months from that Frigidaire refrigerator that the evaporative fan had given out, and it took 2.5-3.5 weeks for a tech to show up to repair it. Victor Herrera from A-Z Appliance Pro identified the problem, solved the problem, and confirmed that the "defective part" had its functioning impeded by icicles that were not supposed to form behind the panel protecting it--a design flaw! For five years we were lied to by Sears and the company that carried their warranty contracts (by the way, they don't really cover food loss claims either). Mr. Herrera could have charged us nearly $400 to replace a part that was not defective, and we would have never been the wiser.
