We highly recommend ACS as a qualified provider. As a customer of their products and services you really don't appreciate a company till a time of need especially here in Arizona. Beginning with the 24/7 report line to the office staff, dispatch and field personnel all communicating with each other and more importantly keeping you the customer informed and safe. Their notification process for security as well as their health and welfare protocols add to the experience whether it be installation or service. Thank you.

Extremely well. William, Mat, Joe, Raul, Eddie, & Phil (hope I didn't miss any of the crew) replaced two HVAC units with Daikin Fit Inverter Systems. They arrived on time, were very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. The quality of work was outstanding (they even fixed a few electrical glitches). If the systems perform as well as the installation crew, we will be extremely satisfied customers. Of course only time will tell with respect to the systems, but I would highly recommend ACS Air Conditioning Services.

I called ACS to come out and fix an air conditioner that had been installed by them. They installed a much larger compressor unit on a smaller pad, which caused it over hang the pad. This allowed pack rats to get into the compressor unit. When the technician came out to diagnose the problem, he found several wires that had been severed by the pack rats, I said that is OK just fix the wires. The technician said he would not, until the dead rats where clean out. I said I will clean them out, He left and then did not come back out until the next after several phone calls. Charge me 150 for the diagnostics and 300 to fix the wires. Not bad for the fix, but the attitude of the technician and the office manager after they sent me another invoice for the same diagnostics charge. I will not do business with this company again or will I recommend this company.

The technician quickly diagnosed the problem. The problem turned out to be an intermittent in the control board. He was able to get it up and running so that we had air conditioning. The technicians service was excellent. However, I am appalled at the cost for this warranty service. It cost somewhere between $300 and $600 dollars an hour. $300 an hour if there if you include their travel time from their shop to our home, $600 an hour if you consider how long it took make the repair. We are now looking for a new company to perform service for us. When in the market for a new air conditioner we will not use ACS again. Period.

We got bids from two very reputable companies, comparing the same unit. We went with ACS because the price was a little better and because they offered an incredible warranty. In all of our dealings from the bid process to the installation and review, we were impressed with the thoroughness, courtesy, and professional approach of all employees. We dealt with Ryan, Dustin, Abel, and Dan, all of whom were top-notch. We cannot say enough about the fine experience we had with these four employees. A happy Green Valley customer

ACS did an outstanding job on our new air conditioning/heating/water heater installations. We received a top notch product, solid duct work, and great attention to detail. The staff are friendly, interested in helping, quick to respond - really they are a superior organization. Received the first big bill of the summer - the new system reduced the electric bill by 35% and the house is cooler and more completely cooled than with the previous system. The reduction in noise level is substantial. Of the five companies that came out, ACS was the only one to suggest our living room noise level could be handled with a baffle between the utility closet and the outlet. I gave them an A in pricing. They were not low bid on the job, but the quality of the unit provided, the superior installation and confidence in their ability to maintain the unit in the future are worth the money.

Manny was great and actually came a half hour early. He performed a full inspection and maintenance on our two heating cooling systems. He flushed the water heater. He replaced all the system air filters and checked system safety and operations. Additionally he replaced the batteries in two hard to reach smoke detectors. H took pictures of the overall system condition and discussed what needed to be done now and in the future. Very proffesional

While the unit was pricy, it seems like a quality product. The sales representative was very careful to not overpromise on the performance difference. We had an old, loud, inefficient system. ACS gave us two portable units while they were awaiting the unit to arrive. What a difference in noise in the bedrooms! I sleep so much better. I like the attention to detail of the install crew.

ACS installed my Lennox A/C system 4 years ago and have maintained it since. The A/C went out Thursday night and I called ACS early Friday morning. I explained to Sandy, the dispatcher, that I was sick and wasn't looking forward to spending time in a hot house. She was very understanding and arranged to have Manny at my house at 8:45am. Manny is a very professional and competent technician. He diagnosed and fixed the issue promptly (a blown fuse). He also recommended a couple of improvements to my system that would make a future outage less likely. I had him install a surge suppressor on the air handler and a hard start unit on the compressor. I have nothing but good things to say about Manny, Sandy, Patrick, Milo, Dustin, Daniel and all the other people I have dealt with at ACS.

Arin did an excellent job of inspection and explanations of prior dangerous installation issues. Next day, Dustin and assistant *John?* arrived at 0630 am and remained until 2200 that same night to completely dismantle and reinstall entire Trane system from ductwork to rewiring and reconnections. Dustin's work on this system is perfect compared to what was existing when he arrived. Next day Mitsubishi mini-split was reinstalled with new drainage line due to incorrect placement from prior installation. MIrage mini-split was incorrectly wired and dangerous labeling in main electrical box was remedied. ALL of the work performed was done professionally by caring individuals who knew what they were doing, brought up to current code and all dangerous issue were resolved. We would not hesitate to use ACS again for ANY HVAC/heating issues.

Manny Borboa and his trainee, Todd were punctual, polite, friendly and efficient and made every attempt to explain to us the situation and alternatives available at the time. Being prepared for the worst (replacement of system), we were content at this time to "kick the can down the road" for a couple of years to give us time to research systems, etc. We would recommend Manny for service unreservedly.
