The hardware didn't like up on the door and there were no security screws. 2nd visit An ex-con responded to fix the door. He decided a 10# sledge would fix it and began to beat on it. This went on for literally 6 months. Phone calls, emails, personnel changes. Finally an installed arrived who was professional, clean. It took him 6 hours to fix all the problems. The now looks and functions perfectly. I love their product, they just need a better installation team."
