Went great.  Did not try to sell me something I didn't need.

Daniel not only turned the unit on, he checked the Co2 levels in the house and found they were high. I had been baking and the oven was on while he ran the test. He suggested I turn on the exhaust fan then tested again and the levels went to an acceptable level. I usually only use the hood exhaust fan when things I'm cooking on the range something smokey but I learned I need to use it  whenever I use the oven. He then checked our carbon monoxide monitor to make sure it was functioning properly. It was but he said it wasn't as sensitive as the meter he used.
I will call and check with our range installer to make sure everything was done properly but I would have never thought to check it
before this. Daniel was willing to answer all our questions and help us with something (our stove) which was not part of the heating/cooling package.

As a member of their maintenance club, I get a spring and fall maintenance visit included. Just had Neal from Trusted Heating and Cooling out to do the fall visit. He was very thorough, cleaned and tuned everything up, and in addition, explained to me how the whole system worked, and what all those pipes and wires do, exactly. (Who knew there's a little light that blinks out a code if something is wrong?) Very happy with the service.

Very well. Timely, efficient, courteous.

The diagnostic evaluation description changed from my purchase date to the appointment so the service was not what I expected.



I hired the company to seal my ducts. The price was reasonable but on the date of the appointment, only a portion of service was performed and the time of the appointment was not as scheduled. The remainder of the service was rescheduled when I called the company. The computer that shows pre and post duct sealing leakage was on the fritz. I was supposed to receive a copy and have requested this multiple times. I still have not received this.

The servicemen are very professional and seem quite competent. The schedulers, receptionist, business office end of things is atrocious.

Very professional and courteous.  Travel fee and labor charge were reasonable compared to other companies called.  Enrolled in their Maintenance 5-Year Program since our units are 9 years old.

Trusted does good work but their prices are very high. The original cost of this visit was approximately $400 and after we complained about the excessive cost, we were given a small discount. Our neighbor received an estimate for a new AC system and was quoted ~&7,000; however, a new Trane system was installed by Oasis for ~$3,000.
They do know what they are doing, but it they are very busy in the summer and they are expensive.

We were very pleased with the Richard and Ben's work.  They were extremely professional and responded to all our questions and gave us some additional advise which regard to the vents and potential solutions which we ultimately implemented solving our leakage issues.  I also visited the company's site and researched other references prior to hiring Trusted.  In every case nothing but high marks were given and after our service I can see why.  Trusted will be my go-to HVAC contractor from now on.  Extremely professional.

My A/C broke down and basically had stopped functioning. I called them at 9 p.m. and the technician came out in two hours and made sure that it worked well before he left. I was pleased with that.

The "Big Deal" engagement went well but I had to pay extra on top of the price of the deal. The first service was a little questionable but they were absolutely amazing on the follow-up service. They had an unusual phone system because I wasn't able to be transferred to the staff who makes the appointment. I call and they leave a message for her to call me but whenever she returned the call, I was at work. It was very difficult to actually make an appointment with them.

The technician who showed up was great!  He was on time, knowledgeable, friendly and even gave me some free filters.

He inspected my system and made minor adjustments.  Now I'm all set for summer.  Included in the price of the service agreement will be one more inspection which I'll use before winter and a 24 hour priority response should something go wrong.  I think this is worth the price in itself, especially with our Tucson summers.  You don't want to be the one waiting days when your system breaks. 

Anyway, the technician didn't try to sell me on anything, which I really appreciate and value.  I will very likely renew the service agreement next year. 

The technician arrived in the window provided.  HE was very professional and courteous.  He checked everything and gave a full report of my system upon completion with a recommendation to install a hard start kit.  i declined at the time because I wasn't sure what that was but I have done some checking and I will probably install one.

Richard arrived on time and was thorough in his examination of our cooling system.

The maintenance person was on time. He stopped and put on covers over his shoes before entering my home. He checked both parts of the unit, in my atic and outside of the house. He performed a test run of the unit. Upon completion he cleaned op the insulation that had dropped out of my atic into my laundry room.  He then presented me with a list of the tasks and his findings. Very professional.

Spent a lot of time evaluating needs and educating us . Very punctual and courteous, all the workers.

Bought coupon on 3/8/14.  Received message Monday 3/10 scheduled for Friday 3/14 between nine and twelve.  Richard arrived just after 11:15 and went right to work on the unit.  129.00 coupon is for yearly servicing for both the A/C and the furnace, well worth the price.  I will recommend to my neighbors.



Update 11/16/14.  Still haven't heard from Trusted about furnace service.  When I bought the coupon back in March and asked Richard about setting up an appointment for November he stated that they would call me in the fall to set up furnace service, well its supposed to get cold tonight [36º] and a week before T-Day.  If I have to call them to remind them about their obligation to finish their service contract thenI need to downgrade my rating.

They were very quick in responding to my deal purchase.  The gentleman who came out was very curteous and efficient.  I will probably use them again.
