Techs responded the very same afternoon, were friendly, professional and assured me they would check for the availability of the part needed and call me the following morning with an estimate. I had already googled the part, so had a good idea of the cost and when they called with the estimate, I found it to be honest and fair in cost, along with the added cost of their labor. The techs responded back that very afternoon, and had my ice maker up and running in a very short period of time. I highly recommend this company for any appliance repairs you might need!"
