Family owned and operated, Red and White Appliance Service has been serving the valley since 1986. Our technicians have a combined 70 years of experience in appliance repair. To schedule an appointment, please call 602-938-8116 and our office staff will be happy to set up an appointment on a day that is convenient to you. Your appointment will be confirmed by phone the business day prior to your scheduled service call. At that time we will give you a four hour window for our arrival. We know your time is valuable, so we will be happy to call you on your cell phone up to an hour prior to our arrival so you don't have to stay home waiting for us. Just let our office staff know and they will be happy to make the arrangements. Additional Hours- Evening and weekend service is available upon request. DBA- Red & White Appliance Service, LLC

What a wonderful company to use!  He was one of the only providers I could find that was willing to service our 1950's range.  He was very honest and extremely knowledgeable.   We would definitely recommend the use of this company for your appliance repair needs.

The problem with the Dacor oven was electrical the repairman had to almost completely dissemble the oven. The electrical connection had burned through an insulator. He was afraid the expensive computer chip in the electronic timer was damaged by the voltage surge problem but wouldn't know until the new parts were installed. He said he would order the timer just in case. When he returned (2 hours later than promised, although he did call to explain) he installed the electrical repair parts and said that to his surprise the electronic timer still worked and didn't appear to have damaged. He said they would just keep the timer since Dacor didn't like to take back repair parts. His honesty saved us about $800 since there was no way I would have known if the timer was damaged or not. It sure looked like it was very possible that it was. I'm afraid my experience with other appliance repair shops would have been completely different. I have only good things to say about Red & White.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM RED AND WHITE APPLIANCE. WE WERE INFORMED AS TO WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. THE JOB WAS COMPLETED TO OUR SATISFACTION, AND THE REPAIRMAN CALLED SEVERAL TIMES TO MAKE SURE THE REFRIGERATOR WAS STILL FUNCTIONING PROPERLY.

THIS IS A FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS THAT WAS RECOMMENDED BY A NEIGHBOR. WE USE THEM FOR ALL OUR APPLIANCE REPAIRS WITH GREAT SUCCESS. ALTHOUGH THEY INITIALLY THOUGHT THE WASHER NEEDED A NEW MOTOR, THE SECOND ASSESSMENT SHOWED IT COULD BE REPAIRED BY REPLACING SOME LESS EXPENSIVE PARTS. ALWAYS FEEL LIKE THEY ARE HONEST AND ONLY FIX WHAT IS TRULY BROKEN AND NECESSARY. ALSO SEEM TO BE VERY QUICK TO RESPOND AND SHOW UP WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL.

THE SERVICE MAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. I FELT HE WAS HONEST, AND CHARGED A FAIR PRICE. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THAT HE WAS AT LEAST AN HOUR LATE.
