We hired John and Shannon to sheetrock, plaster, paint, and complete our townhome basement. John and his crew were highly efficient, timely, communicative and the project finish was spectacular. We can't say enough about John and his company!

J&S just completed a Master Bath remodel and a deck rebuild at my home and I couldn't be happier with the results! Shannon and John are delightful to work with. Started out good John was very prompt and showed up on time ready to work. Water leak was found and repaired quickly. Requested bid for drywall repair and some carpet install. Gave him a sample of the old carpet to match the new carpet but never heard from him again. Not sure what happened if he just got busy on other jobs or not. I moved on and found other pros to complete the jobs.

Make sure you check the references, cheek the Yelp ratings, ask for recent references. Hired him to do 2 bathroom remodel, was not completed and the sub contractor left patches on the wall, noting looks professional. Make sure that you have all listed on your contract, so they don't tell you, o this is not included.

"Although the contract with this customer was clear, we have updated the contract further and added additional detailed checklists to ensure customer has a full understanding of what is or is not included in the work to be done. After complete and clear discussion with customer on every line item, they are now required to initial next to every line item acknowledging their understanding to inclusions or exclusions, ensuring no misunderstanding between us and our customer. They were very service oriented. Shannon, one of the owners and office manager was very friendly, professional and responsive when I called with questions. She has just the right personality for this job! John the other owner, and his crew all worked hard to do a great job on our two decks.The finished project was just what I wanted.
