Did not clean thoroughly or keep appointments

Owner broke repeated promises to pay for missing item.we have documented emails where the owner sent emails saying the checks in the mail and we never received it. The last email states they were only going to reimburse for half after stating they would pay the full cost of the replacement. Nor very professional at all. A business owner needs to stand by their word.

"This is a very serious and complicated issue that involves a missing item that we do not believe was taken by anyone on our staff. At first hearing about this issue, management did tell the customer that we would cover the expense and the check really was in the mail. Then it was returned to sender due to a wrong address. After we had our own investigation, management reached out to customer to attempt to work something out that is more fair since we do not believe we are at fault. Since we had already told the customer we would pay, we offered to pay for half the cost of the replacement. We would still like to make this right. Both the owners of the company and the woman who is helping me are very polite, punctual and fulfill their service as promised. I can count on her to be flexible about needs that are immediate and also knowing that the other things will also get done in due time. I have always felt comfortable being in the house with her (we enjoy each others company actually!). My previous helper had met with the team and showed them her special way of doing things with the proper tools and products before moving and I have felt the smooth flow of transition which makes such a difference for me.
If we need other services such as the windows cleaned, etc. they have staff to help complete these tasks as well.

It went really good. They were very professional. They were good. They were very responsive. We set up an appointment and they were out here. I think their pricing was fair. The quality of their work was very good.

they came in with equipment. Then we walked the house to see what needed to be done. They got to work, and did everything well in just a few hours.

Two young women came on time bring their own cleaning supplies and did what was asked of them in a timely manner. All that and were personal and pleasant too. They seemed to like their jobs very much.

It went well, I had them twice ever since so I got a total of three times already. about a month ago. On the sixth, I will have them again. Every 2 weeks, I send them because it's just me and I don't know what is needed. They were awesome, they were always on time, if they can't be, they always call but that has only been one time. They update the team that comes in, they're friendly and when they go to the house and ask me to show them what I want done, and afterwards they had me go through them, they will show me what they have done and I check up on them. If there's something I didn't like or it's not how it would be, they overlook some things sometimes like in dusting or something, but if I tell them about it they take care of it. I think their pricing is probably worth it. I think it's a little bit high but I'm obviously going to pay for it. Other people help do things for me and I'm really picky.

Two young women came - they worked as a team in the bathrooms and bedrooms. Then one did the kitchen while the other concentrated on the livingroom and vacuuming the entire house. They asked if I wanted anything special done and at the end did a walk through so I could see what was and wasn't done. They were willing to go back and do any more I requested.
