We are almost complete with the kitchen remodel and have requested a plan for the bathroom. Right from Day One, Vic and Jeremy kept us informed of the schedule and who to expect for the crew. They both appeared personally multiple times to check the progress. No matter who the company sent, they were courteous, pleasant, and professional. I do have to give a particular commendation to Frank as he was such a hard worker, respectful of the space, and went above and beyond for us. (Example.. Amazon delivery was outside the gate and despite being at the end of the day, he brought it in to us!) Larry was a perfectionist on the backsplash! We have had an amazing experience and I can't wait to have the bathroom done! Thank you so much Sierra Remodeling!

Our Sierra Remodeling & Home Builders signed contract stated our project work of an Arizona room, to be started and completed in January 2022. But did not start til mid February and is still not completed as of this date, April 7, 2022! This is a long time for only three walls and the underside of an existing roof to be completed, as we've known entire houses to be built in the same length of time it is taking to finish our project! Our small project; a covered patio made into an AZ room is to be built with only 3 walls. One wall having two large windows and the remaining two walls with a smaller window and a storm door. The existing roof was just to have insulation and drywall. The existing cement floor, (the patio) is tiled by a different company which has already been done quickly and efficiently, with wonderful results. Sierra Remodeling & Home Builders is an unprofessional and unorganized company. The sales people and owner have twice changed our scheduled work, at the last minute, causing us to wait all day, receiving no advance notification. We had changed our plans, both times, to accommodate the work scheduled, only to have no one come! Although the workmen are polite and friendly, the communication between everyone is poor, promises not kept, some of the work is sloppy and not completed in a timely manner. We are unsure when our project will be finished. We will not recommend this company to friends & neighbors or for our future projects, we're sorry to write.

We received everything we had requested. The designs were better than hoped and made all three spaces very functional and added storage. Scott and each of the workers were very skilled, professional, and detail oriented. We have recommended Scott and the company to several friends.

The exterior window reduction work can't be separated from the original construction: plaster and painting jobs excellent. Removal of tub and old shower carefully done and they cleaned up afterwards very well every night. Linen closet door and pocket doors were delivered to Sierra Remodeling/ReBath a few days late but effect on construction progress was minor. Crews were all very friendly and careful, all cleaned up thoroughly each day. We asked for some retouches of internal paint and plaster jobs which they agreed was needed, they apologized spontaneously, and they repaired the work promptly. Most of the interior paint and plastering were well done so finding a few spots to touch up and redo was a bit of a surprise to us, but they promptly took care of them. Conclusion, they do excellent work and want customers happy with their results...but inspect yourself! From our experience, that caution is always appropriate with any contractor.

All the designing met our needs and requests. Workers were very talented, precise, never left a mess, and we always could use the spaces overnight rather than having to eat out or do without a bathroom. Workers were open to our suggestions. All of the work met and exceeded our hopes and expectations. Scott was amazing in his ability to understand and design exactly what we were describing. All materials worked together well. We love our new kitchen and bathrooms.

Workmen were very nice, cleaned up every day, but did not do as good a job as they could have due to restraints by supervisors. Re-Bath showroom shows remodeled shower/bath surrounds with molded corners, actual installation was a flat sheet of plastic bonded to sheet-rock, with corners sealed with liquid sealer.  New walls were not square with surround, and walls not prepared properly to match existing walls.  I told them to quit when they installed (permanently) the bathroom cabinet/sink on bare concrete floor and were about to install cheap rubber flooring around sink instead of installing entire floor then putting in cabinet. I paid full contract price - then installed my own ceramic floor, bought and installed my own toilet, did patching/painting of bathroom.  Bathroom sink would not drain, so I called a plumber and had it cleaned out of construction debris so it would work. A window in bedroom where bathroom was located got broken, and the supervisor said a bird had broken it (from the inside) and would not fix it.  The bathroom next to the one they "remodeled" had the drain knocked loose, which they said was rotten but grudgingly fixed. I got permission to use their trash trailer for some torn-up cardboard and one fence pole but asked a worker instead of the supervisor.  He said it cost them an extra $50.00 to empty what was probably less than two pounds of cardboard and a 5' chain-link pole that had been run over.  I learned a lesson.  Don't ask workers anything.  ASK QUESTIONS!! DO NOT SIGN CONTRACT OR YOU WILL END UP PAYING TOTAL AMOUNT!! ASK FOR OTHER REMODEL COMPANIES TO GIVE YOU AN ESTIMATE BEFORE CHOOSING ReBATH -Sierra Remdelers.
Response from Sierra Remodeling and Home Builders Inc
"#1. While contracted to remodel the 1960's Master Bathroom, the home owner accused our workman of knocking loose a p-trap which in fact had Rusted Through and had to be replaced in a different bathroom that we were not doing any construction on. We did not argue, "(did not hold a grudge against him) rather, went ahead and fixed it for free. $ 80.00 value. #2. Re-Bath shower wall surrounds use a single panel per wall system not molded. Re-Bath products do not have "molded corners" on the walls as the customer stated he saw in our store. That is an un-true statment. During the product demonstration in the home the design consultant handed a cut a way sample showing the 3 layer system. Then the owner also watched a video demonstration of the entire Re-Bath system being installed 1 wall at a time. 3. We have been installing cabinets in homes in the area for nearly 40 years and they sit directly on the concrete. Just as the old cabinet in his bathroom did not have flooring under it. The reason for this is that floors are more often changed than cabinets are. This is a standard installation practice in the industry. The floating floor system the owner had chosen specifically had instructions for installation STATING " no cabinetry on top of the floor." As per the customers statement that he paid full contract price for a floor that was specified in the contract and then choose not to have us install a credit was issued for the labor of that portion of work. Sheet rock and paint work was completed per contract. 4. The home owner did not contract with us to buy a new toilet and install it. 5. Bathroom sink was flowing at the time of final walk through & sign off from the job. We were never notified of any drain issues. 6. Just as our company was accused of breaking a rusted out P-trap in a different bathroom the customer also accused us of breaking a window in the master bedroom where a very clear impression of a bird hitting the window "from the outside"(not the inside) in the middle of a round shape crack was clearly visible and shown to the customer. 7. The home owner has a truck and decided not to haul his own large pile of garbage from the residence. Instead he threw his heavy and loose material into our trailer where we had to pay employees to secure it and dump it. 8. After several incidences of the the customer trying to tell our professional, factory trained installers, how to install our ReBath products an agreement was made to not install the flooring and finish the doors per contract. At which time credits were issued to his satisfaction. 9. It is our intention as well as Re-Bath's policy to provide all of our customers with a quality product along with the longest warranties in the industry. We always treated the home owner with respect and worked diligently to respond to all of his concerns. Please contact us directly with any future issues that may arise. We will be very happy to address them with you."

I love my new kitchen.  I have a galley kitchen and could not change the footprint, but the new cabinets with pullout drawers provided amazingly more usable space. My beverage cabinet is so functional and beautiful; one of the highlights of my remodel.
Erv Amdahl was my primary contractor and he was very professional and helped to bring my dream kitchen to life.  All of the workers who came into my home were very professional and courteous; they left each day with everything cleaned and put away.
As with all remodel jobs there were a few glitches, but mostly because I changed my mind on certain things and we travel a lot so the contractor had to work around our travel schedule.
I highly recommend Sierra Remodeling for your next remodel job and I would definitely call them for my next job.

We contracted with Sierra Remodeling for a bathroom remodel. Our main contact was with Mr. Scott Miller. He came to our home in Wilcox and discussed the project and approximately a week later we met at his office to review the site plan. We looked over colors,  styles, and accessories. All through this phase of the project, Scott, was very attentive to our thoughts, made good suggestions and made sure loose ends were tide down. He scheduled a start date and worked with us when we needed to reschedule due to an appointment. The crew was on-time and made every effort to keep our home as undisturbed as possible. The lead man during the initial clearing out of existing fixtures and installion of shower pan, shower inclosure, and and patch up was Matt, as it was badly needed. Matt was very knowledgeable and helpful. He is also professional and a very hard worker. When Matt finished with the inital shower instialltion, the shower door and new sink installtion was begun. The shower door installation went very smoothly and the new cabinet and sink units as planned did not work out so a new unit was orderd and installed. The room required wall painting and patching, which was done by Adam, who did a great job. The sink and cabinet installation along with the shower fixtures and floor tile was installed by Jack, a real craftsman. The project was completed and is beautiful. We highly recommended Sierra Remodeling for your remodeling needs.

Everything went well.  We worked together as the project moved along and we saw changes to be made.  The plumber and the electrician both found problems left behind by the builder and fixed them.  We created not just bathrooms but visual statements.  Trying to work with colors is always a chore but we made trips to the business and Scott made trips here to be sure everything would go together.  Vanities were custom-designed to add much-needed storage that vanities don't typically have.  Skilled workers completed various phases of the project.  They were each very nice, answered questions, and asked for our input along the way.  At all times we had one functioning bathroom.  The project took a bit longer than expected, however, everything was done before the holidays except a couple of small items that were finished on January 2.  Although stressful at times because the unexpected popped up, we would call upon Scott who never disappointed because he made things happen. We would work with Sierra Remodeling again and recommend them highly for their knowledgeable, friendly personnel who pay attention to details and respect the homeowners.  Although the price may seem a bit high -- we once again have quality work and materials -- exactly what we wanted and the rooms are beautiful.  Thanks to all for the miracles they performed!

It was alright. They subcontracted out all of the work so the person I was dealing with was not the person doing the work, so that made it a little difficult. There was a couple of things that I asked for that they didn't do, but the work that was done was good. Because of this subcontracting thing, the person I asked specific things from was not the one that did the work. I'm thinking that word didn't get relayed to the person actually doing it. We will probably not use them again.

Response from Sierra Remodeling and Home Builders Inc
"In November of 2011, we were contacted by Ms. [member name removed]to put a window into her bedroom wall. The job was completed so much to her satisfaction that on May of 2012 we were invited back to renovate her bathroom shower. The shower area was completely redone with tile floor and subway tile walls. Again, to her complete satisfaction. On July of 2012 she again invited us back to reface her kitchen cabinets. I have been in the kitchen and bath business for about 16 years and have performed many kitchen renovations. The Showplace brand Renew system was a bit new to me, however I took the project on because of the outstanding working relationship I had built with her. The cabinet reface went well, however my inexperience with the door measuring/ ordering software did cause delays of about 60 days. At no time during the project was she without fully functional cabinets and drawers, only drawer fronts and cabinet doors. The job was completed to her satisfaction with my sincerest apologies for the delays."

We were very satisfied with the work, and all the company's workers who came to the house.  Everyone was punctual, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The craftsmanship displayed by everyone was excellent.  Final inspection was performed as well.  We would certainly consider using this company again for future projects.

Sierra Remodeling did a great job for us.  Howard Richter the owner and the project manager Greg Tarrant  carefully went over the building with the inspectors report and addressed every issue.  Greg paid strict attention to all details and stayed on the project until every detail was completed.  Both Howard and Greg understood the value of maintaining the charm of an historic building. The project was finished in a timely manner and I was able to open my business very quickly after purchase of this historic building.  I highly recommend this company.

The remodeling design was more than we had hoped for after 25 years of saving to have "our" kitchen.  The materials arrived quickly and the work went swiftly.  A couple of cabinet doors needed to be replaced and that was taken care of right away. Somewhere in transit, part of the counter top was broken.  The others were installed and the replacement came within two weeks.  This was terrific in that this particular top is no longer made by the company and there was no supply stock -- they were able to fix the broken top and it fits perfectly.  The workers always arrived on time, were friendly, and cleaned every day.  The plumber who was subcontracted was not as expected, but this company immediately fixed the problems.  Scott visited several times to make sure everything was going well and to ask for our input.  Every item on our tick list was taken care of in a timely manner.  Today, we have a beautiful kitchen with cabinets, counter tops, sink and faucet exactly as we had envisioned.  We have already recommended this company to two friends which is unusual after most experiences with contractors.

They did excellent work.  They did what I wanted them to do, all the other contractors told me I couldn't do it.  They were the only people who would entertain the idea and they did it successfully.  I also remodeled 2 bathrooms and a kitchen with them and it was good work.  They also did some double pane window replacements and a double pane sliding door for the patio and they did excellent work there as well.
