We thank our valued customers for this honor! We provide commercial and residential repair and service plumbing to Southeastern Arizona. Our service area includes Sierra Vista, Huachuca City, Hereford, Whetstone, Tombstone, Bisbee, Benson, Sonoita, Wilcox, Douglas, Nogales, and Patagonia. Everything went wonderfully. Cliff was courteous and professional. He went above and beyond to insure the job was done properly and without fault. Was out of state when my house had a major indoor water leak. Called Cliff and he immediately took care of the situation. He also rented drying fans to limit the mold growth. Cliff came and moved a gas pipe for my stove. I purchased a new stove and the gas pipe prevented it from being flush against the wall. Cliff was efficient and professional during the entire process; moved the gas pipe/line and put the stove back in place. Price was reasonable. Very trustworthy and reputable service. I will be contacting Cliff for any future plumbing needs.

We had Cliff replace our water heater some years ago. That went great. When we had a water main leak on the customer side, we called him and he was there withing the hour. Fixed the leak fast. So we had him back for a dripping faucet and that went extremely well. You can't go wrong calling Cliff!

Cliff came in promptly as promised, diagnosed the problem, replaced the faulty faucet ( with included guarantee), and was on his way. He was kind to our greyhound and discussed classic vehicles. Awesome service, affordable pricing, would definitely recommend and use again.

Excellent! We had a water leak in the water heater, call and they were able to come the next morning. Cliff was able to determine what was wrong and what needed to be done. He explained what was wrong and provided a solution. I had a new water heater installed within 24 hours. I was very happy with the service that was provided.

Cliff was recommended to me. He came out and told him of the problem. He looked at the water heater (did not take anything off it or inspect the insides) and looked outside at the roof where the pipe was coming out from the water heater. Going onto the roof he informed me that the problem was that the exhaust (?) pipe was not long enough and added 4' of the proper pipe to the existing pipe. Declaring that my problem was fixed, I paid him $201.60 and he left. Within about 20 minutes the pilot light was again off. I called the builder of my home who stated the the house was still under warranty. I called San Pedro Plumbing, and the installer looked into the matter. The problem was a faulty valve with a leak. He fixed my water heater problem and sent the bill to the builder, Tim Ward. I have had no further WH problems. My problem is that I spent $201.60 for an unnecessary repair and am willing to exchange the 4' pipe for my outlay of said $201.60. I would then reinstate Cliff to a position of my future possible vendors. Thank you, Michael M.

"When I arrived on site to investigate the issues with the water heater this customer ranted for 15 minutes about how his builder/contractor did not return any of his phone calls or attempt to correct the problem with his water heater. I clearly explained to him that cycling the gas control valve it did function as it should while I was there, I then explained that I could extend the existing vent pipe above the roof line to attempt to correct the problem. He understood that is was an attempt only. I then explained that if he has any further issues to please call me and we would revisit this issue, he never called to explain that he was still having any issues nor did he request a refund which we would have been more than happy to return to him had we known there was still an issue."

Excellent! We had an excessive water use. Cliff determined that the problem was with the toilet. He gave us and estimate and an appointment to do the work. He arrived on time and prepared to do the job. He was quick, efficient and left the bathroom cleaner than he found it. He also went back and checked that the problem was indeed solved. We have used him for a number of jobs over the years, including replacing our hot water heaters, and found this to be typical performance. Oh and I love his Studebaker truck!
