"I had already purchased the laminate flooring from Loews, and they had an installer. However, they were unable to install because there was a "lean" in the floor. In other words, it was not level. So materials were returned, and work not done. However, I mentioned Francis Moses to Jason, one of the flooring salesmen. He knows him personally, and said he was a great man, and would recommend him highly. So if I need someone in the future, before I even go to Loews, I would give Francis a call."
