"Lowery’s Glass not only made one set of screens for our house BUT TWO! First set of screens were installed and then after doing the walk around almost all screen frames were damaged/scratched. Joe (owner of the company) agreed to make a new set which was highly regarded. Joe told us the second set of screens would be expedited and ready in one week…well $1200.00 and 3 months later the new “second set” of screens were finally installed (August 2022). BUT it’s now been not even 4 month with our new “second set” of screens and 2 of 5 screens are no longer tensioned and wave like flags in the wind. Beware of this company before doing business with them! *apparently I can’t post my review without giving the company a “star” so regretfully a star was given*"

"I purchased 2 windows and 2 sliding doors from Lifetime Windows and Doors (before they expanded). I chose them because my neighbor had a positive experience, the lifetime warranty, and the interest free financing. I want to start by saying that I am very happy the Infinity by Marvin product. My low rating is for the poor service I have received from Lifetime. My windows and doors were installed at the end of September. The screens did not fit and one was broken during installation. The locks on the sliding doors were poorly installed. The screen door and one the window screens have been corrected, but I am still waiting for last screen to be replaced. They were able to repair one sliding door lock, but have been out multiple times to address the second. Last week I was told that maybe they could refill the crooked drill holes and make new ones. Otherwise, I would need a whole new door. I said that would be fine, but they would need to repaint as I already paid someone to repaint after the initial instillation. After each failed attempt, I wait for a call from my service coordinator and never get one. When I have called, I get a lot of excuses. I initially recommended the company to a friend, but now tell folks to stay away."
