"I recently had my residential windows cleaned by Window Works, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire experience was professional, friendly, and efficient. The team arrived on time, paid close attention to detail, and left every window sparkling clean. I honestly didn't realize how much dirt and buildup had accumulated until I saw the difference afterward. My windows look crystal clear, and the natural light coming into my home is incredible. They treated my property with care, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was spotless before they left. If you're looking for a reliable, professional window cleaning company that takes pride in their work, I highly recommend Window Works. The quality of service exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be using them again in the future!"

"Promptly called and gave me an estimate after determining the number and size of the windows. We set a time for the job to start and he was there right on time. He removed the screens, washed the windows inside and out, scrubbed tge screens and replaced them. He then quality checked his job before he told me he was finished. Then we walked around the house to make sure I was satisfied. Very professional! I’m planning on calling him again when I need my windows cleaned ."

"I had the majority of the windows done in my house and they?re amazing. The quality of the windows are impressive and they use glass that is better than everyone else?s - even the big names. The installers were super friendly and truly masters of their craft. I would highly recommend Krasiva Windows to anyone."

"Billy, was easy to work with. He showed up on time and tinted a bunch of windows at my home. Pricing was fair and product seems to be a good value. Will use again for additional window. I recommend this business."

Windows questions, answered by experts

Window capping costs between $1 and $2 per linear foot. Since your average window size is 24 by 36 inches, you’re looking at 10 linear feet in total, or $10 to $20 per window. Labor adds another $30 to $100 per hour to the project. If you have custom windows, you’ll spend more to have your windows capped. Fiberglass tends to cost more than vinyl and aluminum, while vinyl costs the least but has the shortest lifespan and may have a higher long term cost.

In some cases, you might need a permit for a window replacement, which is hard to get if you’re not a professional contractor. You should probably just hire a window replacement company in the first place because the job is complicated and can be dangerous for the average DIYer. You may not even save any money doing it yourself because contractors purchase materials wholesale.

Yes, you can use glass cleaner on outside windows, but only after you’ve rinsed away as much debris as possible. Using glass cleaner on top of a layer of dirt will only make it harder to clean.

A double-hung window features two operable sashes, meaning it has an upper window part and a lower part that can both open to let in fresh air. A picture window has one fixed glass panel that doesn’t open. Double-hung windows cost about $200 to $2,500, while picture windows cost about $200 to $1,900.

If you decide to forgo your old windows and upgrade them to modern day technology, there may be some people interested in the old windows. You can try selling them on an online marketplace for around $50 to $100 each (so long as the window wasn’t damaged during the removal). This can also help off set the overall price to replace them.
